Just requesting a minor rules clarification - are hydras allowed in Open games? (Specifically 698)

Trying to talk a friend into playing, and that probably the easiest way for it to work. No problem if not, of course.

Hydras are allowed in the queue, but a mod has full rights to refuse hydras being in their games.

I personally have no problem with hydras, as long as you specify who's in the hydra when you enter.
