We(hiplop/bbm and I) all decide fuck it. Lets go military base.

literally nobody on the island. It was a pretty far fall, but like. It's military base. There's good shit there.


hiplop and bbm both comfortably looted up with sniper rifles with 8xs, good armor, good meds. fuck yeah.
I had some good shit, med kit, only thing missing was a good helmet.

unfortunately the thing where the circle is literally about as far as possible from you happens, so we cant FULLY loot the military base area. sad times. Still pretty well looted.

We head up, loot a few miscellaneous houses on the way and star taking some blue damage.

NO BIG DEAL. We have a car, we have meds, we have the guns to find a spot and chill.

I really think they need to remove or revamp the redzone. It's both too dangerous and not dangerous enough, for one thing. If you're in most situations, the best probablistic thing to do is to run through the redzone and take your risks because probably 80% of the time you won't get hit. But if you DO get hit, it's round ending. But more than that, the red zone just doesn't serve a purpose. The circle obviously is a good thing as it narrows the playing field and keeps action coming. The red zone... does what exactly? Gives us explosions I guess.

A summary of my recent PUBG luck:

Did a couple of squads with some friends last night. Last one of the night, one of my buddies ran into a tree while we were driving into blue, knocking out himself and me. Other two couldn't get to us in time, so we die before the second circle finishes closing. I bid them goodnight because I have to work early, disconnect and go to bed.

Wake up to find that the other two earned chicken dinner. So I got killed by a teammate through no fault of my own, left to go to bed because it wasn't worth finishing out the round since I had to work, and consequently missed out on the BP and ratings for winning. (I know ratings reset today, but I'm still salty about that.)

I have a rly passive playstyle so squads make the game a lot more interesting for me as i have something to do early

I like every form of the game but the biggest is fpp to me. That said, solo without rankings has gotten a tad dull.

Played a few rounds since getting back from vacation. 3rd, early-death, 8th. Still feel like I'm shaking off the rust (had only two kills and easily could have had two more if I wasn't terrible at aiming). STILL in search of Solo-FPP chicken dinner, though.
