Add bombcat to our lynchpool, as unlike Vecna and (for most of the game me), nothing they've done has established them as town.

Also, one of the reasons why Vecna is town is also a reason why I am town: specifically, there's no way either Ned Stark or Robert Baratheon were left as fakeclaims in a game based on an episode where they featured so prominently.
