459 was just kinda a random vote. I didn't think anything of anyone at that point.
470 was because post restrictions are incredibly annoying.
523 was because the game has post restrictions and possibly has 15+ vigilantes but also is supposed to kinda be like a normal game which is ???
539 was basically 470 and 523 morphing into a singular entity.
540 was because secret alts are kinda a "special role" sort of thing which I imagine are more likely to not be aligned with town because town is seen as a boring and standard alignment most of the time, since it's the most common. not strong evidence but meh.

I was more trying to get at why the reasoning for 540 wasn't present in 459 considering you acknowledged Toby to be a secret alt / sock puppet in 459, but that's fine.
