I dont think Governors are used alot bc of balance issues. I still think that it is a greater chance the governor role is town than scum. I have to agree that we should not totally dismiss the idea of a scum governor. I think I may have done that earlier in this game. However right now I am leaning that the role is town.

I think I have seen it done before. Double voters could be town, scum or third party though they do lean to be a town role. I dont think your role nessaily makes you town.

Persival could be fake claiming given that we have a role cop and a tracker ...than again a even day cop doesn't make the game unbalanced Trackers and role cops are weak cops.
Not to make out Randoms non use of a vig, I am curious why he hasnt used it already.
