I just dropped back in for a mo because i was taking a dump and it struck me what else was bothering me about the tracker claim. Look at all the other PR claims: they all have a twist, like odd night, non consec, weak friendly etc. Or scum they're slighty unusual like role stopper or weird like enchantress.

Ok, can we look at this for a second here. Given these night actions, it is definitely possible that all of the claimed PRs are town because it all makes sense. If scum shot Mulch, that would explain the no deaths. So honestly, I leaning to believe that Mulch actually ate the NK and all of the scum are VTs, but I know that might be wrong and probably is.

Theta is the only one I'm willing to lynch among the PR pool today due to the role he claimed. But I ultimately would rather lynch inside the VTs for today, so we can get more information tomorrow.

Fykus straight up busted Mulch. So much so Mulch had no defense. So he tipped his hat to Fykus and waived the white flag.
But then town started doubting itself and talking in circles. Mulch realized that he might could still wiggle out.
So he then hatches a plan with scum buddy Theta to make that claim. Since Theta actually is a Role Stopper. Which only really makes sense as a scum role. And they knew it would trump Fykus's role.

Fykus and Theta have basically the same role. No way town has 2 jail keepers essentially. Theta is the scum PR. Mulch is probably just a goon. Along with the third being a claimed VT. Assembles or Chip maybe. That's debatable.

Theta didn't use his action on Mulch at all.

Theta as a town rolestopper is weak. Protecting Mulch nite 1 is very weak. Mulch was not very Pro Town on Day 1.
Plus this is why Theta claimed so late. Theta and Mulch are both scum. Book it.
