Because of the changes to world seeds being based on MSI, na has no tier one seed. We have two tier two seeds instead. So while it gives them the banner at the NALCS studio it does not really affect world's placement. They'll both be in the tier two pool.

I fully expect things like the crazy Lulu jungle comp (That won in Korea BTW) to be viable because Ardent Censor is just THAT powerful right now.
(I also highly recommend watching that match because it was AWESOME)
