I just went to Cabd because I felt it crossed a line for me personally, and I've been tyring my hardest to hold back with my anger management issues. If a warning wasn't given and it wasn't broken up, I was going to go over the line myself.

It was a.... point of contention between Reg and I. I felt he should give it to scum, he felt he should give it to Imperium. I told him that Imperium was a slot we would have had to kill at exactly the right time and making them bulletproof would have been awful. He said that if he gave Syr or I BP he'd look awful.

In the end we settled on him giving it to a person we thoguht we could mislynch later in the game. It jsut turned out that that person was town's biggest power role. Whoops.

i dont think LLD played that well, but none of us did either, the only scum player i saw as playing well was Regfan, he was locktown for most except for the one busing him (LLD) and hebichan.

You had 2 masons, the ability to control targets for every dream, the ability to outvote scum on every dream, and if that fails, the one shot ability to reverse the votes for a dream to hopefully get a good one.

The dreams probably had a decent amount of power, it just all got lost a bit.

Dreams were never ever clear about utility so it was impossible to know what was a good dream, which was by design, “obvious flavor hints” aside (which precisely ZERO people in game thread or dead thread ever picked up on, which should say it all about that assessment - iirc math was the only player to try and solve shit via flavor and iirc was mocked for the effort)
Powers actually assigned were a bp and a watch, both very mediocre powers in larges (and the potential for scum to get the bp or give the bp was always obvious, thus substantially nerfing its utility
Two dreams were flagrantly useless (mass loved in MYLO is a troll, the LYLO reset was useless too)
The masons were lovers which stole a mislynch away from town, and town never had much chance to recover said mislynch (which is such a profound nerf to town power that the masons are functionally about as useful as VTs)
Flips were hidden so people could get wrong idea about town PRs
Etc.

Look, you guys played well enough to win. But please stop pretending that you were anything other than overwhelming favorites to win based on what we currently know about setup.

I feel like ignoring anything mechanic like Reg giving me the BP or LLD's hider fake claim, this would've been solved more easily, if anything my inability to predict scum kills on my townreads and the dreams themselves ended up hurting town more via mechanics than helping them.
