There's the arguement that Regfan is pushing that I completely agree with, and tbh those "1 good scum game" moments kinda just seem more kodakable to me? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But there's also the arguement that someone with X<5 scumgames gets nominated and is competing with someone like Y>15 scumgames.

Also I don't think group awards for Most Cunning Manipulator should be based on a Body of Work, but that's kinda A. Obvious and B. Not what we're talking about.

Mostly because
she has grown significantly from that player you always would want to WOTM/WOTC due to her not posting and flaking out to a really average player who's play just shocks me from time to time because of the improvement I see from her.

not only has she demonstrated the ability to not be WOTM'd/WOTC'd, but she is actually better then most players who are playing currently
and that is an accomplishment.

For a normal, the setup is extremely different then what's seen from most mini normals nowadays.
Its extremely creative and goes extremely well with its theme.

Its not the most crazy thing (because it's a normal lol duh)
But its pretty, and the synergy seen here is kinda rare nowadays tbh.

That's arguably the worst game out of all of them.

I could think of plenty of Kodakable things from Once Upon A Time like LUV's pricesless "get off rat" quote chain, to the 2 rooms in a boom event that was hilariously fucked up by my backup mod because I decided to trust her with the hardest event to run (and even then it was still fun to watch because of Chara's final decision to not send over the bomb), to both Cheetory and Yume throwing in the Clue Event, both guessing the final combination but not labelling their guess as "Final Guess", Kokichi finally being the hero that town deserved after lolheroing Torn Up (a really towny hydra), and the OJ hood that consisted of 55 pages that it got to the point where when it was only Kokichi and Smocaine, spamming the thread dice rolls for so long, that bee litterally could not keep up.

However the two that really probably take it away (and the ones I'm nominating)
are the Cards Against Humanity Adlib Event, where funny jokes like Chara "cheating" by unintentionally forgetting 1 word in the phrase, and the transdimensional eldritch horror that people loved. Even though some of the submissions were kinda lame, it was great to watch my players panic when they had to come up with a role in 5 minutes, and other prompts.
And the 4 headed Hydra + Drixx, where the 4 headed hydra doused Yume N1 and Drixx N2 and Drixx ignited his own hydra, killing his hydra partner.

mostly because the setup (except for a few things), flavour, moderation quality, and play from both town and me (because I kinda solo hero'd and didn't have partners since they were both guiltied by D3, one of which was a janitor and didn't even send a single action in after telling them over and over) was good, and the game was enjoyable to play.

When it comes to the setup itself, its kinda perfect in that it basicly takes us all the way back to what mafia on ms is, dayplay. It was a setup that rewarded dayplay over nightplay by far. And as a result, this is what you get, a fun, intense F5 where its anyones game (even with wolves being guiltied).

Not to mention the role pms, even though the templates are taken and modified from someone else, are still cool to look at

Mary played an exceptional game and it’s a crime if they don’t win the serial killer award

All 3p wins rely on some luck so fuck those salty town members who don’t want them winning

Alright lemme explain you a thing

N1 they lucked into the same kill as the Vig, N2 they went for the BP Bodyguard who never announced taking the hit, N3 they were jailkept but because of the previous 2 nights of fuckery the number of kills stayed the same - so town had no reason to believe there was a 3rd party, not through any conscious choice of Mary, but blind luck. Idling the kill the first 3 nights intentionally to hide their existence is a smart play that might be worthy of an award; getting caught in a perfect storm and dropped on a tropical island isn't. In addition, the only investigative role was Gunsmith (myself) so we had absolutely no way to find an SK even if we had reason to believe they existed post-N3 - which we had no reason to. Hell, I even checked Mary the night she shot me.

Also, this coming from someone who replaced out of that Large Normal as soon as they got pushed having spent most of their time in the game posting nearly zero content apart from AtE nonsense is hilarious.

• Very self explanitory, only one nommed and played well.

Rising Star Finalists: Chara, Ginngie, nancy, Keychain, and Myself

• Chara - Agree with Elli and my maid, They're probably one of the few players out there that seek to improve their own play. They kinda embody what the award is. And even though their scumplay isn't the best, what matters is that they attempt to seek to improve their own play.
  
• Ginngie - Notable Presence on site and growth on site.
  
• nancy - Popular and yeah their growth on site can be argued, but their play isn't the greatest.
  
• Keychain - Popular and seem to want to improve and has good play as both alignments
  
• Myself - I have the most games played on site this year with around 70+ or something. Also considering the skill I had when I joined, till now, this should be self-evident

Paragon Finalists: RC, Elli, and maybe SS

• RC - Catches and lynches scum consistently.
  
• Elli - Came out of nowhere and started showing amazing prformances out of nowhere.
  
• SS - I kinda agree with the RC nom here and can see the potential this has for paragon.

• Scout - His flavour for Utopia.Everhope was pretty impressive.
  
• Nexus - Entertaining flavour for Fat Boy mafia.
  
• RC - RC came up with all of that shit for elemental trinity by himself and that took him a long as fuck time. He writes flavour that is inspiring.
  
• Varsoon - Its Varsoon.
  
• drealmerz7 - READ HIS FLAVOUR HE IS A MAD MAN HOW DOES ANYONE PUT THAT MUCH WORK INTO FLAVOUR.

Kodak Moment Finalists: NM, Andrius, The Town of For Us (except ZZZX), and both of my Once Upon a Time Kodak Noms.

• NM - That chain of events was basicly the only reason why we even won that game.
  
• Andy - tbf that dramatic retelling was pretty entertaining.
  
• For Us - Because if you want to award amazing townplay, you do it here instead of the one that was nominated for Camn's Revenge.
  
• Drixx and Zord hydra - Because those night actions were really rememberable regardless of their impact on the game.
  
• Cards Against Humanity Event - Whats important about mafia games is people having a good time, and this is what the event did, and some of the adlibs were entertaining. It was enjoyable to mod.

• Camn's Revenge - Self Explanitory
  
• For Us - Amazing Townplay.

• Once Upon a Time - The game was just fun, and having pure fun is rare in most mafia games.

Don Corleone Finalists: MoI, Myself, Prism, Prince Lyon, and Gay Mafia's Scumteam

• MoI - Apparently he wasn't voted the whole game and in general played a really solid game.
  
• Myself - lolgambits, lolwillage, lolgivingscumadayvig. But that Desperado fakeclaim tho...
  
• Prism - In general has had good scumplay throughout the year.
  
• The RC Alt - Because its RC and he managed to win that game lol.
  
• Gay Mafia's Scumteam - Because if there had to be a group award, it would go here because we showed the best team work by far. The teamwork in that game was amazing.

Best Setup: Nahdia, RadiantCowbells, Varsoon, and maybe myself.

• Nahdia - The setup represented Civ completely and it was really creative and in general the powers offered each timeline was amazing.
  
• RadiantCowbells - the setup for In Memory was kinda good and there were cool powers basicly everywhere.
  
• Varsoon - Look at FF Tactics. Look at it and take a moment to absorb the depth that went into it.
  
• Myself (for Once Upon a Time) - just lol those roles were cool idc if they were balanced. There were too many peeks, but there were too many framers/godfathers. There were too many killing actions, but there were too many full hydra cycle docs, but there were too many hydra strongman dayvigs, but the only flaw here was there was nothing to counter the strongmen.

Best Mod: Me and Varsoon

• Varsoon - Because he's Varsoon
  
• Me - Because I mod games that people enjoy and got the reputation with the modding community within a really short amount of time.

Best Mechanic: Camn, Nahdia, Something_Smart, Regfan, and Maybe RadiantCowbells.

• Camn - Self-evident.
  
• Nahdia - There was a lot of skill needed to attempt to get mechanics to go your way, and attempt to figure out the best route to go is extremely hard when the sky is limit. It represents a pick your own adventure game, represents Civ extremely well, and was well thought out.
  
• Something_Smart - Apparently he designed a good mechanic and executed it extremely well.
  
• Regfan - I'm personally a fan of his Owner's Market mechanic because its sorta like Nahdia's mechanics for civ. I think it was well thoughtout and well designed.
  
• RC (Spring Fever) - The mechanic was fun and extremely interactive, and it was fun to make bonds and see what potential interactions could happen.
