I have yet to find anyone in this game explicitly "scummy" though Porkens comes closest to it. Reading this game tells me that I need to confer post-haste with my sidekick because I do think I may be giving a tad more credit to my town reads than is deserved which is a folly of mine.

The dude regularly lurks as town (got nominated for a title for it and everything), and he has been scumread for it in every game I've seen him in. Until he does something that is ACTUALLY scummy, he's in my town pile.
