At first I thought it was just Red being super good at reading LLD, but this is getting weird, I'm not seeing it, in fact I dont think I can see the difference between town and scum LLD, so an explanation on this would be nice.

Played with scum LLD on MU and she was a lot more arrogant then she is her and her posting feels genuine her ate doesn't feel like it's scum motivated to get tr but she was just upset for being misunderstood where scum her has no reason to be upset for that because it's a lie where town her it makes a lot of sense to be somewhat upset (at least for LLD) I think her sr on Kagami isn't scum motivated either it feels raw and real like she believes in it even if I somewhat disagree

You might have said this but why? Do you think it's a good plan, or is it just that he made one? Like from what I see, that code is only really useful if all of the daughters are dead. There's no other reason to randomly distribute their visits based on a key that is only useful to the rest of us when we know all of their slots. Given the fact that he's explicitly made it so that you can just not visit someone if you want and to crumb it, its actually no different than just visiting whoever you want. So from how I'm reading the signs, Kagami's plan actually doesn't do anything. Like sure it's "efforting", but like, it's not game-breaking or anything.

I prefer Kagami's plan over ActionDan's but my issue with both is the same. If those who received the daughter roles lack basic strategy skills, then a random/decisionless hiding system makes sense. But I don't think they would, or should, follow a plan that forces them to hide behind a player they think is a) likely scum, or b) a likely NK target. I'd prefer they use their best judgement -- preferably while leaving some information behind.

If I understand both plans correctly, and we're going to explicitly share the hide targets anyway, I'd prefer for every player to claim a person they're hiding behind before EOD. At least that lets the daughters choose.

As to reads: my first instinct is that LLD is scum. But that's because I feel really uncomfortable letting people get away with emotional blackmail (yes, I know it's as likely from town as scum, but knee-jerk is knee-jerk). I feel equally uncomfortable with early jumps on people who "scumslip" or "rolefish" because I've never, ever seen it catch scum.

Vaxkiller was really quick to TR ActionDan (but not Kagami?), and oddly enthusiastic throughout. It won't be enough to scumread him forever, but it'll do for now.

I've played scum with Vax before. It was a really toxic scum PT, and the main game was a roller coaster. He wasn't explosive/reactive.

I did a solid skim of the AD v Hindu walls.

I assumed that ActionDan's content would at least give us something to use after his flip (since he's looking to be today's lynch), but he doesn't say much of consequence, and he's really coming out of left field with his reads. If he flips town, I don't think his content will be very useful. If he flips scum, I don't see it helping us clear anyone (except maybe Hindu or LLD [though, not both, apparently?]). His general obscurity points more to scummy than towny. If he had started the walling and shading after being placed under pressure, I'd say it's obvious flailing. I just don't get why scum would do all that for no reason. It's not exactly pro-survival behavior.
