From my experience playing in this setup, you should try to lead the town

I've seen ic's purposely not contribute because they don't want to be nightkilled, or they don't want to influence people's decisions, it's better to just town lead while you're alive

I kinda think you're town atm.
But I don't think you understand the importance of trying to create a TxT pairing.
We need to take our time to try to create as many TxT pairings and try to force scum to pair up with each other. This greatly increases our chance of winning as we get to kill 2 birds with one stone.
The best way to do that is to judge people's play during this phase.
We need time to establish who the best pairings are.
Going into the first dance within the first 24 hours of the game does just about the same amount of damage as quicklynching.

We have time, so we need to use that time.

An issue I see is the deadlines are not reset after a lynch, if lynch cannot be achieved in second dance leaving is required to not let things go south
