See, the thing is, I don't feel like you're trying to evaluate if he is hiding behind his inexperience.
The way you're presenting the read doesn't feel anything like you're trying to figure out their alignment.

Please explain to me what a "best attempt to sort" Kagami looks like vs what I did, which is agree w/ her reads.

Trying to figure out what actions her alignment is coming from vs just agreeing with her reads and saying they're town because of them.

Dunn's post is weird because it seems like he's confused and wanting to point to Joey's obvjoke about using the scumkill. It's almost as if he wants to draw attention to it. I'm bad with words. Scum would read that joke reaction as more alarming than town would, because I think town would just brush it off as a joke and move on. The fact he comments on it at all is weird to me. What are the outcomes there?

tl;dr: Today I learned that I like 269 from reck.
Like, in post 240, I had a feeling that maybe he was just town being wrong, mostly because I would maybe expect scum to have harder, more firm stances?
This exchange help me realize that that thought is probably what is happening at the moment, and Reck's confidence level in the way he presented his reads is kinda just perfect for my tastes.

When it comes to Firebringer, I kinda felt like his pop in comes from a wolf.
It's 100% a gutread.

As for Claire, I'm probably going to look at how they approached this setup in the other games to see if this is consistent with their approach here, but there's also these posts
