I know a great theme for this setup... take the title literally and you got my answer.

3:10 doesn't seem too bad for a setup. I think this would be very fun to play and it's not too confusing either. 2:9 does seem a bit troubling though but others already explained why so I won't repeat it. But 3:10 is good, go for 3:10.
