Survivor Theme Wishlist

Fire Emblem, Valkyria Chronicles, and Persona/Atlus would be my top choices. Final Fantasy, fighting games and Smash would work well also. (Although I think there has been at least one Smash game in development for like ever, even if I don't think any of them have been run.) I'd say Kingdom Hearts and Ace Attorney, but Castle Oblivion makes the former not a part of this discussion, and I just don't think the latter would work as well for some reason I don't understand myself.

I'd offer to try to mod one of these if I wasn't allergic to designing things.

If people want to associate themselves with those games while also confusing everyone who doesn't like emulating stuff with their character choices, that's their prerogative. Anyway, this seems to be getting a bit off topic.
