A jury rarely wants to hear technically how things were different from what they thought unless its huge, key features. Personally as a juror hearing how the minutiae differed from my perspective gives me the impression that you're fake, annoying, and full of yourself. Ive never thought, "this jury is super out of touch with what went down at its core". Maybe you're just dealing with dumb juriesSlappyKrust- MattP
