DK: StrangerCoug places the Jokers on 2 and 6.

Image

Now, let's see what you've got behind #2...

Image

It's the Orlando trip!

(ding-ding-ding)

Now, are we going to find another big prize behind #6?

Image

It's the cash! Another $20,000!

Image

(ding-ding-ding)

(audience cheers as 76' Card Sharks Match Win theme plays)

So, StrangerCoug, first of all, I apologize for not uploading this sooner, as I had to go through some family issues, and second, not only you've won $20,000, but you've also won the trip to Orlando! Tell us all about it, Rich!

Rich:
Thanks, DK! StrangerCoug, you're going to Orlando, Florida!

(applause cheers)

Image

You and a guest will fly round-trip coach from Los Angeles to Orlando, Florida, where you'll enjoy a six-night stay at the Hilton in downtown Orlando. Sample various international cuisine at the finest restaurants, and have fun recreating your favorite movie memories when you visit Universal Studios Orlando theme park. Daily continental breakfast included. It's a terrific prize worth $5,100!

DK: So, that's $26,100 in cash and prizes from The Jackpot Cards! We'll total up what you've won in a moment, but first, where was the car?

Image

The Car was behind #5.

Now, we'll add the $26,100 in cash and prizes from The Jackpot Cards, and so far, in two shows, your grand total is...

Image

$114,850 in cash and prizes!

(audience cheers and applause)

We'll be back right after this!

And now, here's the host of Card Sharks Plus, dad90!

(dad90 appears as the logo rises up) (Cheers and Applause)

dad90: Thank you! And welcome back to Card Sharks Plus! TV's greatest game where you could win a fortune in cash and prizes on the turn of the cards. And if you play your cards right, you could win $168,000 and a shot at winning a new car. And I would like to say a very special thanks to Ed Boudreaux, who watches us on WAFB in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Now, let's meet our dealers for Card Sharks Plus, Highschool DxD's Rias Gremory, and Majikoi S's Momoyo Kawakami, as we get to the cards!

Image

Image

Image

DK: OK, ladies. While you deal out the cards, let's meet our first pair of Card Sharks.

Image

Please welcome StrangerCoug and MonkeyMan576!

(Cheers and Applause)

We'll talk to you guys later, but right now, let's start our game by introducing you to our new segment of Card Sharks plus, the Hi-Lo Showdown!

Image

(audience applause)

Now, here's how this works. We're going to take turns calling cards correctly. For the first card that you call correctly, you will win $50. Then the next one for $100, $150 for the third, and $200 for the fourth. You can win up to $500 if you play your cards right.

Also, you cannot freeze the card, and you cannot change the card in the Hi-Lo Showdown. Last, but not least, if you make more money than your opponent, you'll win an extra $500, as well as this.

Image

This is a BONUS BAR. This will help you to change any 1 bad card, or use it as an extra Joker in the JACKPOT CARDS.

Now, that we're all set, let's play the game!

(audience cheers)

StrangerCoug is our current champion, so you get to go first, as turn over this card.

Image

It's a 10. This first call is for $50.

Image

Correct for $50, but just barely.

(ding)

MonkeyMan576, over to you with this card to begin with.

(buzzer)

Believe it or not, another 3 pops up. Sorry about that. That happens from time to time.

Now MonkeyMan576, I wouldn't feel too confident either because you have that 8. However, if you get this right somehow, you'll win $150 and you'll be moving one step closer to winning the Bonus Bar.

This card could go either way, so let's find out.

For $150, higher than an 8...

Image

And he gets with an Ace!

(ding)

Now StrangerCoug, you got your work cut out for you. This is the final one for $200, and you need to get this right in order for you to have a chance to get the Bonus Bar. What's it going to be?

Let's hope so, StrangerCoug. Let's hope so.

For $200, higher than a 3...

Image

Oh, I don't believe this!

(buzzer)

I find this unbelievable. I'm sorry, StrangerCoug. At least you have $150.

However, MonkeyMan576, with $300, you now have the Bonus Bar by default! But you can add another $200 to your score with this last call. What's it going to be?

Well, we know that MonkeyMan576 is going to the Bonus Bar and the $500 Bonus since he's the higher scorer. But, let's see if he can make it a clean sweep.

For $200, to bring it up to $500 and another $500 Bonus, lower than an Ace...

Image

And there you go.

(ding)

Image

So, StrangerCoug has won $150 from the Hi-Lo Showdown, but MonkeyMan576 has earned $1,000 and the Bonus Bar. That could come in handy either in the Main Game or the Bonus Game.

And we'll play that Main Game after the break. Don't go away!

(Card Sharks' 76 short theme plays)

DK: Welcome back to Card Sharks Plus, and now, we're about to play the main portion of this game: Classic Card Sharks!

Image

And Rias and Momoyo have placed the first 5 cards from 2 new decks that our players shuffled and cut in front of our audience on the board, and we also have Cash Cards and Prize Cards added to the deck as well.

For this best 2-out-of-3 match, we have our Prize Cards which includes a Game Room worth over $3,000...

(audience cheers)

and our Cash Cards, in which it could be anywhere from $500 to $5,000!

(more cheers as G2-T2 hovers all the way to center stage)

Now, let's not waste any more time, and let's begin our match with Game #1, in which our first question always go to our champion.

Image

StrangerCoug
.... we've asked 100 men this question-- "When you were a boy, did you ever keep any bad magazines hidden in your room?"

How many of the men say yes... they did keep their bad magazines hidden in their room?

OK, StrangerCoug says that...

Image

(ding)

70 out of 100 say they keep their bad magazines hidden in their room.

And MonkeyMan576 is going lower.

Image

(ding)

If it's lower, you'll play your cards, MonkeyMan576. If not, StrangerCoug will be playing his cards. If any of you get an answer on the nose, you'll receive a $1,000 bonus.

The actual number of men say they keep their bad magazines hidden in their room is--

Image

(ding)(ding)(ding)

78 of them. It's not lower, it's higher. So, StrangerCoug gets to play his cards, and StrangerCoug, you are starting off with...

an Ace!

preventing MonkeyMan576 from playing his cards...

Image

however, he gets to answer Question #2, in which for the first time, this is an
Audience-Poll question
. And these 10 members from our studio audience are
Sports Bar owners.
Come on up!

*cheers and applause as the audience members approach the stage*

MonkeyMan576
, before the show, we took them into the green room and we asked them this question-- "Have you refused to put on a game simply because whoever requested it was a rival's fan?"

How many sports bar owners said yes?

Going lower than that.

Image

(ding)

In an audience poll question, if you get the answer on the nose, you'll win a $500 bonus.

The actual number of bar owners who refused to put on a sports game for a rival is--

Image

(ding)(ding)(ding)

5 of them! It's not lower, it's higher!

Now, I'm curious, which of you five answered yes to this question?

*five bar owners raise their hands*

Now, you there in the front, tell me what happened.

Bar Owner: I own a bar on Long Island and a lot of us are Jets fans. Someone came in and said he wanted to watch the Patriots game.

(oohs from audience)

DK: So, what happened?

Owner: He was actually pretty understanding. He just went somewhere else.

(laughter)

DK: Thank you. Everyone, please give our bar owners a hand.

(cheers and applause as the bar owners return to their seats)

So, MonkeyMan576, you'll be starting off with...

Image

an Ace!

(audience cheers)

Now, keep in mind that these are 2 new decks of cards we're playing with. Play it or change it?

StrangerCoug is going for it!

If StrangerCoug gets this right, he'll win Game #1, $500, and the right to play our mini-bonus game.

Is this card higher than a 6?

Image

And no!

(buzz)

The risk did not pay off and we'll have to take those cards away...

Image

And that means that MonkeyMan576 gets to play his cards.

However, he has a decision to make. MonkeyMan576, you got the BONUS BAR. Even though you didn't win the question, you can use that BONUS BAR to change this 7, however, this is the only time to do so, if you want.

Or you can leave the 7 and call the next card higher or lower and save the BONUS BAR. What are you going to do?

Image

NO!!!

(buzz)

It happened to you too, MonkeyMan576, which means you go back to that 9...

Image

And Rias and Momoyo will place the new cards there...

Image

...and that means that we have to go to our 4th and Final Question for Game #1, which means it's time for...

Image

...Sudden Death, to where someone MUST win it on this play of the cards. The question goes to the challenger...

MonkeyMan576
... now, there is no Capital Punishment in England, so our man on the street went to England where he asked 100 people this particular question--

Going lower...

Image

(ding)

This will decide control of the board, and I think some of you will be surprised...

The actual number of Englishmen who believe in Capital Punishment is--

Image

(ding)(ding)(ding)

86 of them! It's not lower, it's much higher. MonkeyMan576 has control and an important decision to make...

Image

MonkeyMan576, we're in a Sudden Death Situation. That means you can play and get the next 2 cards right, or you can pass to StrangerCoug, in which he must call the next 2 cards right, but he has an Ace, and you have a 9.

If you want to play, you can change the 9 since you have won the question, but the important part is if you make a mistake, StrangerCoug wins the game.

However, if you pass, and StrangerCoug makes a mistake, you win the game.

So, MonkeyMan576, what's your decision?

For Game #1 and the right to play "Run For The Money", is this card lower than a Jack?

Image

There we go!

(Winning Bell Sounds, Game Win Cue, Cheers and Applause)

Image

A tough Game, but the challenger got it, which means he has the right to play "Run For the Money"!

Image

Image

Image

MonkeyMan576, this is your first time here, so let me explain how this works.

This works like the Hi-Lo Showdown earlier in the show, but we're playing for more cash. Here's the payout table.

Payouts:
Base Card: No Money for it
2nd Card: $300
3rd Card: $400
4th Card: $800
5th Card: $1,000

Now, a new deck of 52 playing cards has been shuffled and cut from our staff before the show, and the first 5 cards have been placed on board by Rias and Momoyo. Now, any money that you accumulate in this bonus game is yours to keep, no matter what happens, but if you call all 4 cards correctly, not only you'll have $2,500 added to your score, but you'll also win the RUN FOR THE MONEY Jackpot, in which it's now at:

RUN FOR THE MONEY JACKPOT:

$25,000

$25,000!

(audience cheers)

Here's your base card, MonkeyMan576.

Image

It's a Queen. Now, like the Hi-Lo Showdown, you can't change the card, and you can't freeze. This first call is for $300.

Let's see if this card is lower than a Jack for $1,000....

Image

And there you go!

(ding)

So, the total for Run For The Money is $2,100.

So far in this match, StrangerCoug has $150, and MonkeyMan576 has $3,600. On the next match of Card Sharks Plus, someone could win the Run For The Money Jackpot, in which it is now at...

RUN FOR THE MONEY JACKPOT:

$30,000

$30,000!

(audience cheers)

Now, we're going to take a break. And when we come back, we'll play Game #2 of the match in which StrangerCoug needs this to tie it up and keep his champion streak alive on Card Sharks Plus!

(audience applause as Card Sharks 76 commercial theme plays)

DK: And we are back to Card Sharks Plus! We're ready to start Game #2, to where StrangerCoug needs this to tie things up, or MonkeyMan576 will be crowned as new champion.

Image

And during the break, Rias and Momoyo have placed the next 5 cards from the top of the 2 decks that were played from the first game. Remember the cards that were already played.

Image

Now, without further ado, let's start Game 2, with the first question going to our champion.

StrangerCoug
.... we've surveyed 100 3rd-grade girls, and we've asked them--

"Would you like it if your parents were movie stars?"

How many 3rd-grade girls said they would like it?

OK, StrangerCoug says 35 of them would like to have their parents as movie stars...

Image

(ding)

And MonkeyMan576 goes higher.

Image

(ding)

You're going to be a little bit surprised about this one as the actual number of 3rd-grade girls would like it if their parents were movie stars is...

Image

(ding)(ding)(ding)

82 of them! It's much higher!

Those girls would like to be famous, but they'll learn the consequences of that later on in their lives...

MonkeyMan576, you get to start off with...

*cheers and applause as the sports bar owners approach the stage*

And this one goes to the challenger.

MonkeyMan576

(ding)

And StrangerCoug goes lower.

Image

(ding)

And MonkeyMan576, either you spelled aggressive wrong because you're a little bit drunk, or got hit in the head by own of the owners...

(light laughter)

Anyways, the actual number of sports bar owners who have had to break up a bar fight is...

Image

(ding)(ding)(ding)

Seven of them! It's actually one higher!

That's surprising, a lot more than I thought. I gotta know, who answered yes to this question?

*seven bar owners raise their hands*

I see the one who turned down the Patriots fan answered yes to this question as well. Do bar fights happen often where you work?

Bar Owner: Well, many of them aren't serious at all. Those that come up are just people having too good of a time.

(audience laughter)

DK: What was the most serious bar fight you've ever had about?

Bar Owner: It's the same, they're mainly about women.

(more laughter while some men cheer)

DK: Well, thank you for that. Everyone, let's have a round of applause for our sports bar owners!

*cheers and applause as the sports bar owners leave the stage*

And we move on to Question #3, in which it goes to our champion. And this one is an
Educated Guess
question. If you get this one on the nose, you win a $2,500 bonus.

39%. It's indeed lower.

Image

Also, since I got an
Internship Job
, I'll be here at most nights, but don't expect for me to show up often, but that doesn't mean I won't try.

Now, with that said, believe it or not, we are at our 4th and final Question for Game #2, which means it's time for...

Image

Sudden Death! That means someone has to win on this possible penultimate play of the cards. I wish you two the best of luck as the Sudden Death question goes to the challenger.

Going higher than that.

Image

(ding)

Now, this will determine who gets important control and who wins this game.

The actual number of soap opera stars who's character has had an affair is...

Image

(ding)(ding)(ding)

58 of them. It's lower, not higher.

Which means MonkeyMan576 has control and an important decision to make.

Image

MonkeyMan576, this is Sudden Death, and you have a bit of a tough decision to make. You have a King and you need 2 cards to win the game and this match, but StrangerCoug has a 5 and only needs 1 card to tie up the match.

You can play and if you want, you can change the card, but the most important part is if you make a mistake, StrangerCoug wins the game. Or if you want, you can pass control to StrangerCoug in which he must play off the 5. If he makes a mistake, you win the game and the match.

Now, what do you want to do, MonkeyMan576?

If this is lower than a Queen, then you take the game, the match, become our new champion, and win a holiday in Mexico City.

Is this card lower than a Queen?

Image

(This was the last card on MonkeyMan576's line as somehow the picture was lost)

NO!!!!!!

(buzz)

It's another Queen, which means StrangerCoug wins Game 2 and stays alive!

Image

(Winning Bells, Round Win Cue, Cheers and Applause)

I'm sorry, MonkeyMan576, but I HATE it when stuff like that happens, but to StrangerCoug, he doesn't mind, because he's still in this game, and most importantly, he ties up the match at 1-1 and wins $500.

StrangerCoug now has $650, and MonkeyMan576 has $3,600.

And since we're tied at 1 Game apiece...it's time for the rubber match...the 3rd and Final Game, the Tiebreaker! Rias and Momoyo, set up the board!

Image

Image

Now, here's the tiebreaker game works...Rias and Momoyo have 3 cards instead of 5 for the two of you. Also, there is only 1 question for this game, which means it's once again time for...

Image

Sudden Death, to where someone MUST win it all on this final play of the cards.

The final question of this match goes to the champion.

StrangerCoug
... we've asked 100 inmates at the San Quentin county jail in California--

Since you've been in prison, have your fellow inmates taught you to be a better criminal?

How many of them say they have been taught to become a better criminal?

OK, so StrangerCoug goes for 72...

Image

(ding)

...and MonkeyMan576 goes lower.

Image

(ding)

This will decide who gets control of the board and have a decision to make as well. The actual number of San Quentin inmates say they have been taught to become a better criminal is--

Image

(ding)(ding)(ding)

65 of them, which is lower. So MonkeyMan576 gets control of the cards, but you also have a decision to make as well. And before you make that decision, I'm going to turn both your base card, as well as StrangerCoug's.

Image

Your base card is a 7, and StrangerCoug's base card is a 3. Now, if you play on, you are allowed to change the 7 since you've won the question, MonkeyMan576. However, if you make a mistake, StrangerCoug retains his title.

If you want, you can pass control to StrangerCoug and he has to play off the 3. If he makes a mistake, you'll become the new champion and win the trip to Mexico City.

What is your decision, MonkeyMan576... play or pass?

Then let's go to the Money Cards!!!!

(Money Cards theme plays, Cheers and Applause)

Image

Since this is first time here, I'll explain how the Money Cards works....

Image

You'll begin the game with $1,000 on the bottom line... three cards to bet as you will.

Image

When you move up to the second level, we'll add $2,500 of betting money and three more cards.

For the first two levels, minimum bets are $100...

Image

until you get to the top of the card, the Big Bet. There, you must risk at least half the money.

And if at any event you get a push, you don't lose any of it and your bet carries over. However, at the BIG BET, if it's a push, it's a loss.

That is important, because the more correct calls you make, the better the Jackpot to shoot for at the JACKPOT CARDS.

3 Money Cards called right - $7,500
4 Money Cards called right - $10,000
5 Money Cards called right - $15,000
6 Money Cards called right - $20,000
Get all 7 Money Cards called right (a tie is not counted as a correct call) - $65,000

If you make 2 calls right or less, or bust at the second level or at the BIG BET, your opponent will play the Jackpot Cards for a $2,000 consolation prize.

And to make sure that you indeed have a chance at the Jackpot Cards...

Image

You have been given 1 Free Joker that Momoyo is holding, and there are 3 more Jokers in the deck, so you can win up to 4 chances at the Jackpot Cards, but if only you make at least 3 correct cards.

With all that said, MonkeyMan576, I wish you the best of luck. Here's $1,000.

Image

(ding)

Also, in case if you're stuck with a middle card, you can use one of the three spare cards to change one card per line. You'll begin the game with $1,000 and...

Image

a 4. Do you want to play this card and bet or change it?

Right, let's go! $800, higher than a 4...

Yes, with an 8!

Keep the 8 and bet, or change it?

Yes, with a Jack!

You have $2,000 and the Jack in which you can play and bet on the Jack or you can change it if you want. What do you want to do?

Second, for this first line, MonkeyMan576, you have only one change per line.

Rich Jefferies: Clubs, Hearts, Diamonds and Spades...

In this game the suits matter not...

Image

It's only knowing higher or lower...

Image

that could win you the Jackpot. On....

Image

Image

Image

And now, here's the host of Card Sharks Plus, dad90!

(Cheers and Applause)

dad90: Thank you! And welcome to Card Sharks Plus! TV's only show where you could win a fortune in cash and prizes on the turn of the cards. And if you play your cards right, you could win up to $168,000, and at least a chance to win a trip, the Big Jackpot....or a brand-new car. I would like to say a very special thanks to Jenna Owens for that opening poem, in which she watches us on KTVT in Dallas, Texas. Now, let's meet our dealers for Card Sharks Plus, Highschool DxD's Rias Gremory, and Majikoi S's Momoyo Kawakami, as we get to the cards!

Image

Image

(Main Theme Plays, Cheers and Applause)

Image

DK: And while these ladies set up the board, let's say hello to these Card Sharks.

Image

(contestants run to their podiums)

Please welcome Tatsuya Kaname and JDGA!

(Cheers and Applause)

We'll talk to you guys later, but right now, let's start our game by playing the Hi-Lo Showdown!

Tatsuya has won the toss backstage, so you get to go first, and here's your base card.

Image

It's a 9. This first call is for $50.

So, at the end of the Hi-Lo Showdown, Tatsuya Kaname has $950 and the Bonus Bar, and JDGA has $350.

But when we come back, we're going to play our best 2-out-of-3 match of Card Sharks Plus, to where the real fun begins! Stay right there!

First person to win 2 out of 3 rounds will be playing the Money Cards for thousands more and at least a chance at winning a brand new automobile.

For this best 2-out-of-3 match, we have our Prize Cards which includes an Xbox One prize package, a laptop computer and a trip to Tokyo....

(audience cheers)

and our Cash Cards, in which they now could be anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000!

(more cheers as G2-T2 hovers all the way to center stage)

Now, let's not waste any more time, and let's begin our match with Game #1, in which our first question always go to the player in the red position.

Image

Tatsuya Kaname
....we've asked 100 male business executives--

"If the most qualified applicant for a job came in 30 minutes late, would you hire him anyway?"

How many of them say they would hire the employee?

Image

(ding)

If it's lower JDGA, you'll play your cards. If not, Tatsuya Kaname will be playing his. And as a reminder... if you get the answer on the nose, you'll receive a $1,000 bonus. The actual number of male business executives say they would hire the employee even though he came in 30 minutes late is--

Image

(Ding x3 - Applause)

22 of them. JDGA's right... it is lower. You'll start this round with your base card...

Oh no!

(Buzzer, Audience Groans)

A deuce sends you back to the starting line, while losing those last 3 cards in the process.

That also means that Tatsuya will now have a free chance. Tatsuya, here's your base card...

Image

It's a 4 as well. Now, keep this in mind, Tatsuya. You didn't win the question, so you can't change the card. However, since you do have the BONUS BAR, you have the option of doing so now, or keep the card and play it off.

What's it going to be?

So, Rias and Momoyo will place the new cards...

Image

And we move on to our next question...

Image

...in which this is an Audience-Poll question, and it involves 10 CBS News reporters and correspondents. Ladies and gentlemen... come on over to the Contestants' Row area.

(cheers and applause)

*all reporters walk to the area*

JDGA, this question is for you.

JDGA
...before the show, we've asked 10 CBS News reporters to this question--

Do you think that the national security has anything to do with the amount of illegal immigrants we have?

How many of the reporters have said the answer is "no"?

Image

...and Tatsuya Kaname goes lower...

Image

The actual number of news reporters say the national security has nothing to do with the amount of illegal immigrants we have here in America is--

Image

(Ding x3 - Applause)

9 of them! It's not lower, it's higher!

And reporters... thank you for sharing your poll with us. Please return to your seats.

Image

Sudden Death, to where someone has to win it on this next play of the cards, and the question goes to the challenger.

JDGA

Tatsuya says higher...

Image

(ding)

Now, at long last, we're finally going to have a winner for Game 1, whether we like it or not.

The actual number of single women say their men will keep trying their romantic advances is--

Image

(Ding x3 - Applause)

6 of them! It's not higher, it is lower.

Image

OK, JDGA. We got those 4s again, but this time, we're in Sudden Death, which means, you now have a decision to make. Both of you need 4 cards to win this first game, and the right to play Run For the Money mini-bonus game.

If you go for it, and if you make a mistake, then Tatsuya Kaname wins Game 1. You can pass it to Tatsuya Kaname, but he can change the card with the BONUS BAR in hand. However, if he makes a mistake, then you win the first game.

So, what are you going to do? Play or Pass?

JDGA, this is your first time here, so let me explain how this works.

$30,000

$30,000!

(audience cheers)

Here's your base card, JDGA.

Image

It's a King. Now, like the Hi-Lo Showdown, you can't change the card, and you can't freeze. This first call is for $300.

Let's see if you're right. For $1,000, higher than a 9...

Image

Nope!

(Buzzer; Audience Groans)

So, you got 2 right, for a total of $1,100. Now, on our next show, if anyone goes all the way, they'll win the RUN FOR THE MONEY Jackpot, which now goes to...

RUN FOR THE MONEY JACKPOT:

$35,000

$35,000!

(audience cheers)

So, Tatsuya Kaname has the BONUS BAR and $950, and JDGA has $1,950 and the first Game. Tatsuya Kaname has to win Game #2 to tie things up. We'll be back with more of Card Sharks Plus after this!

And we are back to Card Sharks Plus, as promised!

Image

As I recall, JDGA has the first game of the match heading into Game #2, which means Tatsuya Kaname needs to win this game in order to go into a Tiebreaker.

Image

Rias and Momoyo have placed the next 5 cards from the top of the 2 decks, and don't forget about the Prize and Cash Cards.

Image

And the first question of Game #2 goes to the designated Champion.

Tatsuya Kaname
....we've asked 100 women who are professional truck drivers--

When you drive by a good looking man, do you whistle at him?

How many of them say they whistle at a good looking man?

JDGA is going higher...

Image

I don't think I've seen any female truck drivers whistling at a hot guy so I think it's a tad lower. But, let's find out right now. The actual number of female professional truck drivers say they whistle at a good looking man is--

Image

(Ding x3 - Applause)

26 of them! By one person, JDGA gets it!

OK, JDGA. You start off Game #2 with...

If you win this round (or the one-question Sudden Death Tiebreaker), you'll win an additional five grand. Rias will now place the five grand in your prize column while Momoyo hands me a replacement card. Care to try it again, JDGA?

Smart decision.

Momoyo places the freeze arrow on top of the 7, protecting your position, and you are 2 cards away from $5,000 and the Match.

For now, though...

Image

...we move on to our next question, in which this is our Audience Poll question, and this time, it involves 10 feminists in NOW... National Organization for Women. Ladies... please come on over to the Contestants' Row area.

[CHEERS AND APPLAUSE]

*all ladies walk to the area*

JDGA
...before the start of the show, we've asked the 10 NOW feminists to this question--

Did you ever burn your bra?

So, JDGA says that...

Image

(ding)

3 out of 10 say they did burn their bra...

Image

(ding)

while Tatsuya Kaname goes higher. I'm curious to find out what is that answer. The actual number of feminists of NOW say they did burn their bra is--

Image

(Ding x3 - Applause)

Only 1, so it's not higher, it's lower. Before we get to the cards, I have a question. Which one of you ladies is a bra burner.

*one lady shows hand*

Susan...?

Susan: Guilty as charged. In fact, my grandparents were part of Woodstock back in the late 60's... and my grandmother was one of many who have burned her own bra to the crowd.

dad90: I see. Thank you, ladies for being a part of that audience poll. Please return to your seats. Give it up for the ladies, everyone...

(Cheers and Applause)

If this card is lower, then it's the Game, the Match, and an extra $5,000 in cash! Is it lower?

Image

Yes it is, and JDGA has become our champion!

(Winning Bell Sounds; Match Win Cue; Cheers and Applause)

Image

Tatsuya Kaname, I'm sorry that JDGA blitzed through this game in a hurry, and you didn't even get to use the BONUS BAR, but you do have $950, and some nice parting gifts backstage. Tatsuya Kaname, everyone.

(Cheers and Applause)

JDGA, you cleaned up that second game rather quickly than the first, and for that, not only you've won another $500 for that game, but an extra $5,000 in bonus money, bringing your total up to $7,450, and when we come back, you're going to try your luck at the Money Cards, and then the Jackpot Cards, for a potential payoff of over $200,000 in cash and prizes! Can JDGA do it? We'll find out after this.

(More Cheers and Applause)

Then let's go to the Money Cards!!!!

(Money Cards theme plays, Cheers and Applause)

Image

Since this is your first time here, I'll explain how the Money Cards works....

3 Money Cards called right - $7,500
4 Money Cards called right - $10,000
5 Money Cards called right - $15,000
6 Money Cards called right - $20,000
Get all 7 Money Cards called right (a tie is not counted as a correct call) - $70,000

With all that said, JDGA, I wish you the best of luck. Here's $1,000.

Image

(ding)

Also, in case if you're stuck with a middle card, you can use one of the three spare cards to change one card per line. You'll begin the game with $1,000 and...

Image

a 3. Do you want to play this card and bet or change it?

OK, so I'm going to give the Joker to Momoyo, and that means that you now have 2 Chances at the Jackpot Cards.

Image

Wow. $21,000 on a 9... let's see what happens. $21,000, lower than a 9...

Image

AND WE HAVE ANOTHER DEUCE!

(ding)

(audience cheers and applause)

Image

You have $57,000 and what a time for a card like that to show up, because now, that Deuce is at the Big Bet.

Image

You can change the card, but I have a feeling that you don't want to because of this Deuce!

Now, hold on! Hold on! You should listen up! If another 2 pops up, you WILL lose that bet, but anything other than a 2, and you will WIN your bet. You could win $114,000 on this card, but you must bet AT LEAST $28,500 on this card.

With all of this in mind, you are in great shape of doubling up. Are you going to change this card, or play it? If you are playing this card, in which I'm sure you do, what's your call, and what's your Big Bet?

JDGA, that's $109,000 from the Money Cards! Our biggest win yet! Add that to the $7,450 from the Main Game, and right now, you have $116,450 in cash!

(cheers and applause)

And when we come back, JDGA will try the Jackpot Cards for a chance to win the $70,000 Jackpot right after this!

DK: Welcome back everybody to Card Sharks Plus, and before President Barack Obama leaves, I've now got enough time to bring out The Jackpot Cards!

Image

Now, we have our Jackpot Cards. One of them says 'WIN!', another one says 'CAR', and of course, one has a "$".

Let's look at our table.

3 Money Cards called right - $7,500
4 Money Cards called right - $10,000
5 Money Cards called right - $15,000
6 Money Cards called right - $20,000
Get all 7 Money Cards called right (a tie is not counted as a correct call) - $70,000

Now, you did well in the Money Cards, in fact, you took us for $109,000, and since you got all 7 cards called right, you'll playing for the Jackpot of $70,000!

(audience cheers)

If you find the 'WIN!', you're going to win a nice prize!

(audience oohs)

If you find the 'CAR', you'll win this....

Rich:
Well, to end President Barack Obama's legacy on a high note, we're offering...

Image

a DODGE VIPER!

(audience cheers)

It's the Dodge Viper SRT, the final model in the Viper Series. This American-made sports car contains a V-10, 645 horsepower engine, 6-speed manual transmission, power adjustable pedals, keyless entry and ignition, navigation system, an 8.4" touchscreen display, Bluetooth phone and connectivity, satellite and HD radio, 12-speaker Harman Kardon surround sound audio system, a rear-view camera, an auto-dimming rear view mirror, faux suede inserts, and SRT performance apps. The Viper SRT from Dodge. A spectacular prize worth $118,890! Good luck, JDGA!

(audience cheers)

DK: Thanks, Rich! Of course, if you find the "$", you'll win $70,000!

(audience cheers)

Image Image

JDGA, you have 2 Jokers. That means you could win up to 2 out of the 3 prizes. Place those Jokers under the numbers/letters you want to choose, and good luck!

OK, one last chance here. Let's see if we have anything good #3. We find the word...

Image

CAR!

(Winning Bells, Match Win Cue, Audience & Cheers)

Image

You have won the Car! Congratulations! By the way, the Jackpot was at #2, and the WIN! card was at #7!

The Jackpot goes up to $75,000, but in the meantime, JDGA, you have won...

You just might. On....

And now, here's the host of Card Sharks Plus, dad90!

(Louder Cheers and Applause)

dad90: Thank you! And welcome to Card Sharks Plus! TV's only show where you could win a fortune in cash and prizes on the turn of the cards. And if you play your cards right, you could win up to $168,000, and at least a chance to win a trip, the Big Jackpot....or a brand-new car. I would like to say special thanks to a local mayor candidate and hopeful Rachel Barnhart for that opening poem. She watches us on WROC channel 8 in Rochester, New York.. Now, let's meet our dealers for Card Sharks Plus, Highschool DxD's Rias Gremory, and Majikoi S's Momoyo Kawakami, as we get to the cards!

Image

Image

(Main Theme Plays, Cheers and Applause)

Image

DK: And while these ladies set up the board, let's say hello to these Card Sharks.

Image

(contestants run to their podiums)

Please welcome JDGA and Charles510!

(Cheers and Applause)

We'll talk to you guys later, but right now, let's start our game by playing the Hi-Lo Showdown!

(Audience Cheers and Applause)

JDGA, you are our champion, so you get to go first, and here's your base card.

Image

It's a 9. This first call is for $50.

JDGA has $300 and Charles510 has $250. At this point, someone will get $500 and the BONUS BAR, but what's going to happen at the final turn?

Let's find out as we go to JDGA first. You have an 8. Call this one right, and you'll get $200, AND the $500 bonus and the BONUS BAR.

To bring your total to $1,000 and achieve the BONUS BAR, is this card lower than an 8?

Image

Oh no!

(Buzzer)

It had to go either way, and you chose the wrong path, which leads the door wide open for Charles510.

You have a 10, and if you get this right, not only you get $200, but the $500 bonus and the BONUS BAR as well. If not, the $500 bonus and the BONUS BAR will go to JDGA. What's it going to be?

For $200, the $500 bonus and the BONUS BAR, is this card lower than a 10?

Image

No!

(Buzzer)

So, no one gets $200 on the last card, which makes the difference here. So, with a score of $300 to $250, JDGA gets another $500 and the BONUS BAR!

Image

At the end of the Hi-Lo Showdown, JDGA has $800 and the BONUS BAR, while Charles510 has $250. Now, when we come back, we're going to play our Main Game of Card Sharks Plus to see who's going to be our champion for a chance to win even more cash and prizes at the Money Cards and the Jackpot Cards, so stay with us!

Remember... whoever wins the best 2 out of 3 games will be playing the Money Cards for thousands more including at least a chance at winning a brand new automobile.

(G2-T2 hovers all the way to center stage)

Round 1 now begins with our first question.

Image

JDGA
....we've asked 100 men in Mexico City--

"Can too much education ruin a good woman?"

How many of them say that too much education can ruin a good woman?

After another set of life situations, we can finally get Game 1 of Show 5 underway.

If it's higher, you'll play your cards. If not, JDGA will play her cards. And if one of you gets an answer exactly, you'll receive a $1,000 bonus.

The actual number of men in Mexico City say too much education can ruin a good woman is--

34. Charles is right... it is higher. The challenger gets to play the cards. You'll begin the first round with....

If this card is higher than a 4, then you will win Game #1, and will play the Run For the Money mini bonus game. Is it?

Image

Yes it is, and Game #1 goes to JDGA!

(Winning Bell Sounds; Game Win Cue; Cheers and Applause)

Image

JDGA, you got $500 for winning Game #1, and that also means that you have the right to play "Run For the Money"!

Image

Image

Image

JDGA, this is your second time here, but it's been a while, so let me explain how this works.

$35,000

$35,000!

(audience cheers)

Here's your base card, JDGA.

Image

It's a Deuce. Now, like the Hi-Lo Showdown, you can't change the card, and you can't freeze. This first call is for $300.

If this card is higher than a 7, then not only you win $1,000, but also the Jackpot of $35,000 as well. Is it higher than a 7?

Image

YES!

(Winning Bell Sounds; Game Win Cue; Cheers and Applause)

JDGA, you've done it! You are the first one to conquer the Run For the Money mini-bonus game!

So, that's $2,500 for the cards, and the Jackpot of $35,000 for a total of $37,500, plus the $500 for Game #1 and the $800 from the Hi-Lo Showdown, and so far, your total for THIS game only is $38,800!

(Cheers and Applause)

RUN FOR THE MONEY
JACKPOT

$10,000

And since the Jackpot has finally been won, it has now reset to $10,000 on our next show.

So, JDGA has won 1 Game and $38,800, while Charles510 has $250. When we come back after this message, we'll be playing the second game and see if Charles510 tries to catch up. We'll be back with more Card Sharks Plus. Stay with us.

DK: Welcome back to Card Sharks Plus, everybody. JDGA has being doing pretty great so far, because at the end of Game #1, she has won that game and $500, plus $35,000 in cash from the Run For The Money mini-bonus game. Her challenger Charles510, on the other hand, had some good cards, but some bad breaks. In fact, he needs to win this game in order to stay alive.

Image

During the break, Rias and Momoyo have placed the next 5 cards from the top of the decks and onto the board for both players. We'll begin Game #2 with our first question.
