OK so a summary:
It's a user joined before 2016, has a drawn avatar but not by vonflare, is on site chat quite often.
Is the user from the United States?

For those wondering, 'joined before 2016' means about 18300 users left. Now just look for a name that is apparently still active (cuz they're also on the site chat apparently) and with a drawn avatar.
