I feel like putting that two and two together and then proceeding to remove 1 in order to perform hasty arithmetic.

My running theory rn is that Chara got poisoned by something that kills after the target makes at least 20 posts following the poisoning, and Maki flavour is indeed poisony. Considering that the only alternative to this theory that i can see is that scum have a dayvig they didn't leverage for townpoints I think this is quite plausible.

what exactly do you want me to contribute i dont get what youre talking about or why maki out of all people is the poisoner or what basis there is for chara being poisoned in the first place and "died after x" as opposed to every poisoner i've played with where the poisoned person is informed if the thread isn't and/or they die at the end of the day phase

The basis is that that is highly unlikely to be a dayvig and Maki seems to be absolutely certain it wasn't, there is a supposed likelihood of some kind of poisoner in the game and I can't think of another plausible explanation. Poisoned people aren't necessarily told they were poisoned. Do you think there is actually a different possible chain of events here?

I agree based on the reactions to accusation tbh. Something about the way it was argued that it's impossible even when it wasn't. Scum don't tend to take that approach because they're quite aware that it is possible, and when one is aware of such a possibility and also of the fact that I am not blind, it's counter-intuitive to try to sneak it past
