cannot BELIEVE someone decided to make a low twists avatar themed game when i CLEARLY talked about doing that for a few minutes like two years ago

(...at least if i ever come back to modding (pre-emptive /out to cancel any future /in) that will help me choose between themes)

I feel like the flavor isn't really there

Like I don't have any desire to play as a character from a bad TV show I've never seen

it'd be nice to see fewer twists. i think we've long since left the show in the dust and that's a real shame. tribe swaps are good. idols are good. the occasional double tribal or third tribe are okay things that should count as sizable twists. if i had my way that's about where it would end

how many idols?
the show seems to like one per tribe with replacement. if i were to adjust that at all i'd go less-ward.

also shouldn't a game about soap operas be really high twist but have all the twists be obvious

Better yet clear out their PMs every time and have them go full Julia & Liz

even if it weren't for the mechanic, i'd have been glad not to be playing mls just because team logos don't work for me. sure, you can tell them apart, but they lack personality. i like distinguishable characters you can attach personalities to.

when i'm considering a theme, i try to pick one people will be interested in not so much because i'm afraid it won't fill (seems not to be a concern anymore), but so i can get as many apps as possible and therefore do as much casting as possible to create something dynamic and memorable.

that said if i were to take the lead on a design at this point it'd have to be driven by a theme i was really into or i just wouldn't do it so
