Per rule 3, Atticus.Finch has been removed from the game and thus, per rule 2, has lost the game.
Reference:
2. Being removed from the game is equivalent to an automatic loss.
3. Players must post at least once every 48 hours or be removed from the game.

I know we can revoke a rule but I would prefer that we didn't have to revoke a rule before adding another, then discussion will be based on which rules to revoke

Although I do, too, like the last man standing concept as opposed to a scoring concept.
I think if enough people voted yes on 28 we could eliminate a number of opponents.
