The 20k people thing is possible on Mafiascum if the rules were not really altered, more thrown out of the window.

Each player gets 100 characters but doesn't know their role names.

I actually had someone test a couple of them with cards and modified rules. (Sephiroth is an SK that has a good chance of winning in one. I thought about it and managed to create an overpowered SK that would have a better chance at winning than scum in a 15 player game. You have to be an addict to do that.)
