Sure why not:
-I post a lot of fluff
-I am anti town (I don't know about that bit w/e)
-I sometimes ignore questions that I feel are pointless
-I don't scum hunt as hard as other players (some say I don't hunt scum)
-I fake emotions (again false)

Anyways that's probably just a few I've heard since I joined.

not-game related ones sure, but they do open dialogue and cause interactions

like seriously your posts scream "Hey I'm town, let's have fun."

if it got to later in the day and all your posts were non entities, then you'd be hiding behind fluff

We'll tbh I consider day one kinda of silly day , I get players wanting to scum hunt . Nothing good ever good comes from day one usually.

Interactions and reactions are good and all, I just don't think day one is reliable for figuring that.

How often you find reads on day one reliable?

depends
games can vary where you catch scum right away or at the very end

there's a theory that scum have trouble fitting in during the earlier stages so you can pick up reliable reads before things get muddled and scum settle in

It's alot harder to do things when one doesn't understand half the things said.
Is there something wrong with making people talk? As far as I know to scumhunt, people need to have said things, and the more things the more info to go on. Frankly, I don't fancy lynching people based on one thing they've said.
Fluff will never accomplish anything, questions will get info.

I don't really agree that Yimmy's being fluffy. I think questions are good if they help people get reads on people and information that is useful.

4nxi3ty is probably my top town read right now, his posts seem townie to me. I think ika is town too, which is more a gut feeling based on his posts but I'd want to wait a bit before I surmised too much about him.

Probably for the plays he's made so far, that reads as something I would do for reactions. Specifically the page 1 antics. His conviction is also a town tell of sorts.

Questions are legitimately not bad and not fluff, they just have to be used right. Plus, their use comes especially when flips start to happen. I agree that Day 1 is generally a silly day and I'm glad someone else agrees (finally), however info from Day 1 discussion

be useful later on so I don't count it out anyway.
