Also, being an outed BP does take away all motivation. Kinda sucked tbh

That's a major reason why we want to retire Matrix6!

Well I am sold on scrapping it for that, among other reasons now!

The last game I played got a horrendous imbalance (I dont remember the setup but I told PP) as well. It simply isnt working anymore.

hey great game everyone! I had fun coming in and trying to make the best of a tough spot. I'll add some more substantive thoughts later when it's not Saturday night but I just want to say that everyone in this town played very well, there wasn't much I could do to throw shade on the more obvtown players and everyone's scumpools were on point. Was a fun challenge and I enjoyed riding it out while it lasted :]

I thought for a second I might get another day when that acid wagon cropped up but didn't want to aggressively jump on it and it would have been a difficult LYLO even if I had made it out of D3

I meant to say that I liked the flavor a lot for this newbie game. I thought it was well done on a couple of levels :)

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I was familiar with most of the big picture about Utopian philosophy and literature, but I learned quite a bit, researching the different subthemes of each game day. And that's what drives most of my Newbie game flavor choices - enough familiarity to think the flavor can easily last through a newbie game, but plenty of blank spaces in my own knowledge of the topic that will make the research interesting.
