mostly since ketchup's claim doesn't feel like something scum would be able to fake.
gypyx would be because it felt earnest.
but then, i could be giving them too much benefit of the doubt here.

Don’t you think if ketchup was scum and knew what his role pm and most likely what his partner’s role pm said, he could probably use that to put together a real-looking claim? Scum can probably just claim their role as is and it would look town because they’re all pretty similar besides knowing the alignment. If anything I feel like scum would want they’re claim to look as “real” as possible to be believed and probably wouldn’t want to be as vague as say Gypyx or Nick.

No because your logic is flawed. First flipped scum already showed they were informed. So if I were scum there is no need for me to lie about my informed role since I'd be aware what kind of informed information my partner got even if I weren't informed
