So I got kibbles, and town read Anatole, which are the two things I nailed.

Whiffed on Psycho town hard. Ugh, that was well played. Even the replace out was townie. Shit.

Scum read chaos too. Chaos played the same game kibbles did in buddying the duck out of me, so yeah Chaos, don't know but your game was poor today.

Kyndy was indeed a newb town, well huh, what do you know.

And Anatole, everything I said was legit, I thought I had you DOA that one fake twilight where I thought I had a second life. Turns out I was wrong so my bad.

Hopkirk, it was just all me trying to grill your slot to scum hunt. Sorry if it made you frustrated.

Replace outs suck, props SMP to hanging tough. It's rough in the open Q, there just isn't a lot of play these days.
I even asked in GD what the deal is with Open, because one of my other games I played in got abandoned by the mod himself. Good kob sticking tough.

I got super lucky replacing into a pretty town read scum slot. And with my stab at Saki. I'm not sure how that ended up snowballing into a lynch but that worked out pretty well for us. I got in that day and I had Kibbles telling me in the mafia chat not to sacrifice my game to try to save him, because, well before Saki's lynch it looked like Kibbles was going to be lynched.

I've been lightly following the thread since my workload has decreased a little since my replace-out where I was doing homework til around 8-9 at night. I feel bad for it still, but... eh, what can you do? Thank you SMP for being a great mod even when we were defeatist. Jelly, you were an excellent replacement. I probably would've tried to defend Kibbles for longer and gotten a bit scumread for it. I think the final scum team of Riddleton, Kibbes, and Jelly had GREAT synergy.

Anyhow, that was my very first scum game, and I had a ton of fun when I was able to play! While my late play grew weak, I think I played a strong Day 1. I read the outcomes of previous Duck Duck Goose games and noticed that NOBODY used their shots when given the choice, so when Bandit suggested to use the shots randomly instead (which, if done in a ratio more like 1/3, would be a better move for town than player choice), I went "CRAP CRAP NOOOOO" and tried to frame my objections in a townie way. Funny thing was, as scum trying to assiduously get rid of him, I was his biggest supporter.

Bandit, if you're out there, I think that you have smart ideas, but you might want to work on presenting them with a cooler head so you don't come across as standoffish.

Anatole armed himself Night 1? Huh. I liked having him around a lot Day 1 and early Day 2. He was townread and aggressive, providing me good ideas for cases to persue, especially because he tended to use logic that town-me would like. I wrote my posts out in a word processing program and generally went along this line of thought:

What would my town reaction be?
Would my town reaction benefit scum in this case?
If not, how can I modify it to do so in a way that town-me might agree with?

Oh, and thanks Uctriton for townreading me so. It gave me the warm fuzzies.
