i feel like this is relatively balanced given the claim of a scum roleblocker? unsure on the mailman nerf to town given the power of a scum roleblocker, but i feel pretty comfortable in at least calling TL town for now. (i also just skimmed his ISO and remember that his scumgame was pretty obvious from a mini normal i read a while back, unsure if that's still the case but -shrug-)

there's technically no supporting evidence that mailman is a real claim in the first place given CFJ's death.
(granted, that is also true for the traffic analyst, but unless someone is concealing their role setup spec points to there being a role along that power level)
