I would prefer to kill NC but then Bingle dies in the night without killing anyone.

I think that is ok. It's possible I can block a shot with my protection before I die considering Garmr is a hider. It's also possible that Garmr dies hiding on someone. I would rather get rid of whatever power NC has for the scum and force the remaining scum to kill Bingle since he would be conftown by virtue of NC's flip.

Oh and there's speculation that Nero Cain may be Bulletproof due to being in the same neighborhood as a flipped vig and a claimed vengeful.

Nero Cain, Bingle, and Rabid Schnauzer are neighbors. Apparently all three have power roles. Rabid died the night he killed the Ninja.
Bingle is a vengeful townie so he can kill someone if he is lynched. He wants us to lynch him to activate his ability to kill someone to get us off even a (saving us a lynch basically).
Nero Cain claims to have info on Garmr in the form of an innocent.
Garmr counter claimed that as Garmr is a hider and therefore it is impossible for Nero to get a result either way.
Nero Cain is adhering to his scum meta of lurking.
I have a protective ability that only works on Vanilla townies.
TRQ hammered day 1 on the belief that someone quoting the town wincondition was a scumclaim. People want to kill her for that.
