In a world where I am scum, you clear gemini by having ank clear them. This isn't a flaw in the reasoning. I'm sure I'm not expressing it well, but the point is that with a mislynch and a misvenge, town should be in a bad spot, not in a spot where they could nearly hit auto after both checks hit town.
If you're saying, "but what if the checks didn't hit town, then the bus driver could have fucked with stuff?" Then you're basically asking scum to play townie enough that the venge misses them but scummy enough that the other checks hit them, and that is too narrow a course to demand of scum in a scenario where scum should have a large lead.
if one of our two roles is fake, it's the second half of ank's role. My watcher is confirmed with my early claim that I saw ank check. I'll do the thing because I'm against saying no to deciding votes but your better play would be to check ank.

Okay so what were the exact roles again? If we have no basic sounding ones then sure we Draco to do this.
One action detects whether the target can kill. It will get positive results on targets that have already killed.
One action detects whether the target can stop night actions. It also has a strongwilled neighborize attached to it.
I got a negative on Gemini being able to kill N1.
I got a positive on Draco Lucky being able to kill N2.
I got a negative on Jungle Medicine being able to stop night actions and neighborized them N1.
I got a positive on Gemini being able to stop night actions N2.
I still do not think the kill detect would be as useful for scum as Draco thinks.
Suppose the venge was not lynched the first day, and say I was instead. Scum!Ank obviously knows there's some kind of killer. Chooses the correct target. When there is only one kill the first night, they can guess they're not a multi shot vigilant. (The person who would put a vigilante in a setup this size has too many wrackspurts.) But they still won't know that they're a venge and still may decide to lynch rather than wait until the next night. Either way it distracts them from other PRs.
Neither do I think the venge is negative town utility as Ank does. Except that they could potentially have given her a false guilty.
Either Draco or Ank is playing mind games with me to make me choose the other. But I must pick one. I pick Draco.

There is no information to gained from flipping me, but there might be from ank.
There was a named townie in this game. It would make sense for another role to relate to that.
Perhaps it was just to make things interesting if that person was forced to have their role confirmed.
