Yeah.

This was the worst game of Mafia I've played and that I am likely to play ever.

I'm glad I died when I did, D4 was really just the town deciding whether the cult or the mafia would win the game. Victory for the town was pretty much out of the question.

I would like to see the QT's, can someone post?

Not at all. There still was a town left alive, Lowell.

So, town lynches mafia, mafia kills CR, CR tries to recruit but hits mafia and fails, there's then 1 town, 1 cult recruit, 1 mafia left. So, mafia gets lynched, town and town recruit tie I guess?

Town wasn't actually doomed to lose at any point.

On the other hand, 2 mafia, 1 cult recruiter, 1 SK was kind of a crazy place to start the game from. That was badly unbalanced.

Still, town could have won.

I KNEW alvins was the recruiter. That's why I wanted to lynch him yesterday. HH and I got pretty lucky though, but I personally don't think I played that great of a game. I figured if I went along with rofl/PotS that I could slip by pretty easily, because then I wouldn't be targetted as much, as say Empking or GnK were. It seemed to work, I guess, until Yos figured me out. lol, so we night killed him.

Yos was frustrating, because he had the right people but terrible arguments.

What does an alarmist do?

and here's our qt, you can see orange penguin's super conspicuous code words: http://www.quicktopic.com/42/H/dXX2LctA6mrUf

Town could have won all the way up until they lynched GnK. I think the Vino lynch was my very favorite part, though, since we had someone claim cult recruit at l-1 and switched targets. You guys forget we actually had three scum, litral was the day one lynch. It had me kind of worried when you guys hit him day one, but the setup was super imba.

Eh. I could have done better with making the arguments, I suppose. I was just exausted and frustrated after fending off ROFL for so long.

Still, I really did have absolutly solid reasons for thinking Orange was mafia (I was pretty much positive about that) and for thing you looked like scum. You were pretty much flying under the radar and hardly scumhunting at all, and when you did it was just an attack on me with bad arguments. People really need to start paying more attention to people who try to fly under the radar like that; I don't know why towns let people get away with that even after it's been brought to their attention, but it's one of the best scum tells there is.

In fact, looking back the post now:
Yosarian2 wrote:Hmm. I would expect the cult recruiter to be someone who was quiet day 1, someone who tried to keep under the radar and follow the crowd, because especally on day 1 all a cult recruiter'd really care about would not being lynched and not being noticed. So...I'm thinking head hancho or alvinz95.

vote:Head hancho
That's not a terrible argument; that's an AWESOME argument. :D I was right on both counts.

I figured you kind of remembered something I did day one that made you think I was scummy, and you didn't feel like digging it up. I dropped one comment about you just trying not to get lynched and I wanted it back immediately, as it was p obvscum.

On day 1, I targetted Head Honcho then changed it to KoC....

Targetting Head Honcho probably would have been better cause I probably wouldn't get caught.

I would have claimed cop and seen where that got me. I wouldn't have had to make something up for lowell and I would have had vino as a townie, so it may have worked out. I actually investigated GnK night 3.

No one recruited, investigated, NKed, or lynched me for HOW many days?

I can't help but feel unloved. So masongroup had an SK and a mafia member in it. Just like we more or less suspected.

Out of curiosity, armlx, what made you add a mason group to this game?

Wait a minute. There's still one unaccounted for night kill in N1. There were three kills that night but we only have one mafia group and an SK, what gives?

huh. thats interesting. more proof that natirasha is the greatest failure ever to grace this website? perhaps.

forgot to say that i really do have a lot of respect for the gambit alvinz ran, claiming recruit as recruiter. totally awesome.

i was going to be really pissed if the town managed to pull out a win and i lost by getting recruited the same night i died.

Oh, me? I could prevent a player from being recruited into the cult that night. It's a shame I never used it, because I have a fetish for power roles...

as far as i know thats not even what an alarmist is supposed to be. an alarmist is supposed to just be an unrecruitable townie.
