hes in PoE, but isnt a strong scumread particularly. i think we need flopz to be more active and engaged - more content will help us sort him.

lend is town. hectic is town. isis is town? that leaves pooky and hopkirk and flopz. the pooky wagon isnt going anywhere apparently. im down for a hopkirk wagon though, since hopkirk feels even lurkier than flopz.
