Spend 2B on the United Nations

Rule #1 about United Nations: You don't talk about the United Nations!

REAL rule #1 about the United Nations: When this gets built, every nation that is has not declared themselves as facists get an invite. Accepted invites get a link to a PM where every accepted UN invitee goes.

Rule #2: The amount of seats one holds in the UN is directly linked to ppulation. For every 1 million people, your country gains another seat.

Rule 3: At any point, anyone in the UN may propose a rule, in the following format, in the QT:

Every seat one has is allowed an extra vote. After a rule is proposed, each country has 72 hours to either Agree [g]Vote: Agree[/b] or Deny

Vote: Deny

the Rule. If no vote is recieved, then it is automatically assumed you Deny. Every rule must get at least 51% of Acceped votes to pass. Passed rules are announced in thread, immediatley and take effect when posted in thread.

Rule 4: At any point, anyone may try to detroy a current rule by posting the following in the UN QT:

.Voting is the same as above, but it requires at least 66% of Agreed votes to destroy a current Rule.

Rule 5: At any point, anyone may change a current rule by posting the following in the UN QT:

Change Rule [#] to: Rule

Voting is the same as above, and requires 66% of Agreed votes to change a rule.

Rule 6: At any point, anyone who is not currently in the UN who meets the conditions in Rule 1 may Ask to be accepted into the UN. If the UN agrees to let them in, they get a link to the UN QT and gain the above abilities, as well as any new ones that may occur.

Rule 7: At any point, anyone currently involved in the UN may leave the UN upon their own free will. The honour system takes place that they will delete the link to the UN QT anywhere that they can se it.

Rule 8: Being in the UN does not mean you can not go to war with anyone else in the UN, but if you do, the UN is able to kick you out of the UNutill your war(s) are stopped, at which point you may re enter.

Rule 9: If someone is attacking at least half of the current amount of living nations, they are immediatley expulsed from the UN. The decision on wether they are allowed back in or not later depends on the deision of the remaining members of the UN.

Rule 10: Should someone fail to vote for 3 Rules in a row, or disobey ay other rule, they are expulsed from the UN and let back in later depending on the decision of any remaining UN members.

Rule 11: If someone is attacking at least 33% of the current living nations, any nations not being attacked by such nation are reccomended to send troops into the nation.

Rule 12: All currently accepted rules will be edited into Post #1, under the title UN RULES for easy visibility.

Rule 13: Shall someone break any rule of the UN three times, or get expelled 3 times, they are expulsed permanently, and may not re jointhe UN.

As the world-renowned centre of diplomacy, Castelia will enter the United Nations. We invest £1B on the UN, and propose that the UN building is built in Castelia.

Also, construction has begun on an international court to deal with the most dangerous of criminals.

Shock spreads through the world as a war begins already. Both

A Mistotopian ambassador travelled to Chesstopia under a flag of peace. His goal was to forge an alliance between the two nations. But little did he know that, when he arrived at the border, he would be arrested and sentenced to death without trial...

For Mistotopia, 1 died

But that was only the beginning. Another of

Mistotopia's

ambassadors, who had been sent to

Caledonia

returned, but with a crate full of dead monkeys. She unwittingly bought them into her nation, and arranged for them to be buried...

As the worker burying them dug the hole, he saw a bit of circuitry poking out of one of the monkeys! He bent down for a closer look, and the monkey began frantically beeping. It exploded, taking the rest of the monkeys and half of the cemetery with it. Of course, the worker was killed in the blast. Several members of the public were also hit.

For Mistotopia, 4 died, 7 injured.

But even now, rumors are flying about a third attack...

is complete. It is expected to deter any casual, small attacks, but a full-scale assault would probably breach it.

is progressing well in it's construction. It is expected to be finished fairly soon.

I will note that no singular rule of the UN is established until all member nations have voted on a suitable set. Until then, I would believe that it is one country, one vote with a simple majority passing.

In addition, I still seek costings for 'general upkeep' as described in many nations' budgets.

Spend $1mil on general upkeep, such as that the amount of money spent keeps the country in exactly the same state as it is.

Spend $10mil on mining the resources of the region. The money is delegated as such: as much as is required to develop the technology necessary, and from the funds left, 1/2 to find natural reservoirs, 1/4 on research related to the resource, and 1/4 on finding ways to market the resource for profit.

Spend $4mil on expansion.

Store $3mil for emergencies. Legislate so that 10% of all income from hereon in is placed in this Emergency Store.
