And so, the crowd gathers, knowing that a wrong lynch today could spell doom. After a quick series of role claims, you all decide that you like the odds better tomorrow and vote no lynch.

As the final vote comes in, the Chancellor enters and asks for the decision.

“Why didn’t I think of that?” He says. “Of course Nolynch is scum! Why I ought to string that dirty Nolynch up and...”

Then you explain to him that you’re not lynching anyone today. So, you all walk back to your houses to get a good night sleep.

All of you, that is, except for one.

Mr_Gnome_It_All hapily walking along, busy planning his scheme to take over the Mushroom Kingdom. This evening he was particularly pleased with himself because not only did he get rid of his good-for-nothing brother, Mario, but the town also so eagerly believed his claim of Baby Bowser. Things couldn't be better for him.

Unfortunately, he was run over by a runaway go-kart as he strolled home that evening. As you investigate the road-kill, you realize he was none other than Luigi, a member of the mafia.

Mr_Gnome_It_All (Luigi/Mafia) killed in twilight of day 3.

It is now Night 4. Night Choices are due by the end of Friday, June 11th.

As the rest of the town slept, Dr. Mario (sycko999) was up into the early morning studying up on his medical techniques. With people dying left and right, he figured that he needed to be prepared in case the mafia struck one of his patients. Little did he know that tonight, his patients would not be the ones needing help.

After taking a brief nap with his head buried in the Handbook on how to treat Golf Ball Wounds, he was startled by a loud crash, followed by a loud clang. A golf ball had flown through his window and punctured a tank of nitrous oxide. He obviously found this pretty amusing as he began laughing hysterically. Until a flaming tennis ball came crashing through his window...

The town’s peaceful sleep was interrupted by a huge explosion. You all rush out to see a large cloud of smoke coming from Dr. Mario’s clinic. Then, many multicolored pills come showering down, just like in Dr. Mario’s video game.

Dr Mario (sycko999), doctor, killed Night 4.

It is now Day 4. With 4 alive it will take 3 to lynch.

ok...my suspicions lie with either max22 or argoti...but it is still questionable which one has the most suspicious nature...but then I remember max's post being DK
I still believe DK would not be a normal townie in this game, even with Mario being a normal townie. DK just seems like too much of a special character, and I would not think the mod would make DK normal

You'll remember that I was suspicious about Gnome_It_All because his role seemed unusual. The character seemed fine and the powers fit the character, but the powers seemed suspicious (One opportunity to investigate if a certain other character dies??). Turns out he was mafia, and lying.

I've said this before and here goes again: We need to focus on what we said our roles do, not who the characters are and how that relates to our powers. Characters seem to be a moot point if DK can be townie and Bowser can be a Cop and Luigi can be Mafia and Mario is a townie... bringing me back to my original point which is that we need to think of this just as a game of mafia: Who has Town responsibilities, Who has Mafia powers, And Who is lying.

Besides, if not DK, who in the Mario Universe

Frankly, I think whoever is in the mafia is somewhat new. It's usually smart to kill someone who's thought to be innocent, and I spent most of yesterday attacking sycko.

Also: Argoti, was it you who ran over MGIA at twillight yesterday? I sort of assumed it was, but I want confirmation. If it wasn't you, we need to know.

Also also: we've confirmed that all the roles are messed up. Yes, I would pick DK to be a townie, which is precisely why I don't think he is.

Okay, well, that makes you not 100% cleared, but I'm still fairly sure it's not you. You seemed sketchy when you actually delivered the roleclaim. You waited to give the description of the role until after the role's name, even though it should have been obvious that someone would ask you for it.

Not really sure what else to make of the situation.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Things have been busy. Anyway, I'm here now.

The fact is, if there's a call for a name claim and the two people before you give their role, you should give your role too instead of saying your name and then giving the role later. Everyone else gave their role; it's only fair. Also he said Argoti said he wasn't the one who ran over Luigi (?).

Yeah, I'm leaning towards a vote, but I haven't been because I don't want a speed lynch, but I admit that is pretty scummy behavior. I'm still a bit suss of max, though.

If it turns out to be ID, I'm going to be very, very angry.
