You should have
Robbed of a scummy for what had to be the best unvote in mafiascum history.

the whole game is dumb and we don't know why we're good at it and nobody knows what is going on and we're all going to have to accept that

The bolded is what you should go for. You don't want to actually get them lynched in case they're town though. It's a near 0-risk play; setups are balanced around a VT lynch day 1, and you have them locked into a claim that should get them lynched eventually.

Even if you only lynch VTs on day 1, the fact that you have claim locked in on scum is already enough of a win.

That is not strictly correct (that said, neither is BROseidon strictly correct, as his statement falls apart in a role madness game). If you have more than one scum nailed, then if one fakes a power, then you can lynch the other and still net a scum down. The gunsmith claim in Street Racers: Las Vegas that BROseidon is talking about came from scum, and he was eventually lynched. (I should note, though, that I was actually surprised Natirasha lived as long as he did that game. I don't think Natirasha's play was that good.)

Also, Jake's right that I sucked this game. Any game where I don't have it 70+% solved after day 1 and 100% solved by day 3 is pretty much me failing hard.

Honestly, I thought Dram's claim was a bit of a throw...But somehow town was just too cautious to lynch him and depsite his clears being only on townies, they still managed to pull the mislynches they needed to win.

Dram's claim looked solid because we needed another way for town to dodge NKs beyond a conditional one (RB) and a 1-shot commute.

pedit: ETL, that's actually not a bad scumtell on me. Burden of proficiency is a thing that people should use more on strong players.

Speaking thereof, has Titus ever won a scum game where town didn't implode on itself?

Isn't scum's job to make sure town implodes ?

Yes, but towns very often don't need help in making that happen.

This was one of those games.

Says the guy who came up with the idea to suicide himself to give his partner unimaginable town cred.

But I agree. I find myself using demoralization and confusion as a scumtactic far more often than I used to, cuz it works with the right people.

p-edit: I'm really disappointed with Espeonage's lack of activity here. If he'd had just a bit of enthusiasm he may not have been as disregarded.

Perfect example why town should not lurk. He was right but couldn't be bothered to play the gane

That was a game where town was imploding, but mollie made a really solid play and almost turned the entire game around by catching me out.

I mean, look at UDesign. We got duped into lynching a VI for holding a grudge on another player, we had a townie trying to get me to fullclaim after claiming I softclaimed, yet another townie backtracked a fakeclaim (which I counterclaimed, putting me in a similar situation with him as Majiffy saw himself with me)...

Speaking of which, that "tell" always makes me crazy, regarding you specifically. Like in street racers, the only thing stopping me from scumreading you at first was the fact that I was scumreading Herself a lot harder, but she brought up that lurking tell.

And to be honest, I can't ever tell the difference between your posting frequency from scum to town.

I was also really amused at Majffy going hard on StrangerCoug D1 like Legends of the Hidden Temple mafia. Both games I saw the TvT happen from an outside perspective and just had my mindblown that it was the same song, second verse and no one was batting an eye over it.

P-edit: Yes, definitely.

There's no correlation in terms of post count. There's other stuff in terms of what I'm specifically posting, but it's fairly hard to explain, and I gtg right now.

I might explain it to someone at some point. AP probably can figure it out, though.
