As is, it looks like the setup was built around the Godfather being the main source of power, but scum still having numbers if the Godfather were to die early.

I imagine two scum cops was *meant* to be a factor in the seemingly-low amount of scum power, but it never came into play this game (whereas it's certainly possible in a different universe, speculating about two scum cops might have influenced the game differently).

Yeah, I don't really see how looking at what Brian did with the quick-hammer and having that be your only reason for calling him scum makes you town. The more likely explanation from any rational perspective is that you saw him as a sinking ship.

I did not think he would be dumb enough as scum to do what he did, especially in light of the fact that there was no guarantee Kamagi wasn't shooting him then and there for what he did. I overestimated his ability as scum. It happens.

The first two he explicitly called scum on the last day. The last one I don't know if he ever said anything about, but was in the pool that Hiplop suggested that he agreed to.

BS was also in that pool though, so after his flip Imp might have felt justified going outside it.
