That's a difficult question. I'm not entirely sure, but I would like to bring up a suggestion. I know that I've been haranguing Cephirir, but I'm still not happy with his justifications - he first voted Raffles because he "felt town", and later did a mock lynch vote on BM for no apparent reason. His posts have been 1-2 lines, and there's not really much of anything to suggest reasoning behind his actions. Right now, he looks like a strong candidate.

Alternatively, we could execute someone who's been lurking, but posting enough not to be replaced. Two spring to mind there - livingod and ubertimmy.

Yes, but why not Cephirir or Timmy?

I'm sensing something odd here...Cephirir and you were both on the Raffles wagon, and now you're both doing tihs...You didn't vote for him when he was the strongest candidate that I mentioned, yet you didn't dissent with my reasoning.

Please tell me you don't actually want me executed just because I didn't give what you think is a strong reason for my tribunal vote. I think it was perfectly good.

I would vote for you, but you're a tribune, so that obviously would be useless.

AndrewS, at the risk of protecting Cephrir, I think your suspicion is misplaced.

In a game like this where you vote 2 to give them a limited power (whereas a town have none), it is natural to pick those that who would protect your interests (i.e. staying alive) scum or not.

Suppose Charlie(Townie) was 99% positive the Alice and Bob were townie. Alice and Bob are likely to become tribunes. But if Alice and Bob suspected Charlie as being most scummy, then Charlie would not vote for Alice or Bob, because if Charlie was set up by a scum Zorro, then neither Alice or Bob would use their veto power to save him.

Incidentally, this was why I was hesitant to place my vote for you.

AndrewS presents a reasonable argument. Based on the keenness of Cephrir to join the "lets all lynch BM" crew, i think he could well be noob scum...

everyone knows that i am the easiest Day 1 lynch on the entire site, because very few people like me, and even less consider me of value to the town. I am now very suspicious of those who use this tactic of "lets get BM off early. Even when he comes up town, no1 will miss him".
It is especially scummy when young players do it.

It was apparently a random vote, so your vote reason on Cephrir is completely unwarranted. And since the tribunes were elected, there were no such wagon. If anything, I find your paranoia-like retaliation suspicious.

BM, it takes a lot to be the "easiest Day 1 lynch on the entire site". I don't think you're there yet, you have the likes of Max and Masterchief to live up to, not even counting those who came before them.

If it was an execution, I would have posted (Execute:????), like it says in the rules.
