I know what my drunk rolecop does, but I have no idea if a drunk tracker functions differently.

It might send the results to someone else, or even produce results on another player. That is what I am thinking is the case right now.

Also, I spent 53 pages deathtunnelling my scumbuddy in n1615 (i was actually sincerely trying to get him lynched but people kept thinking it was a TvT for some reason), and then I lynched the people that resisted his wagon and won. so I'm the wrong person to ask what the scum motivation for bussing is.

Yeah Frog, I am not saying scum never hardtunnel each other. It is just pretty uncommon though.

I usually only see noobs do it, but sometimes vets do it when they have an endgame planned.
