That is assuming all of scum are in light. The most likely (probability wise) is a 2-2 split. So barring evidence scum has the same disadvantage.

Light/Dark distribution was entirely randomized. You might have four mafia start in the Dark, four mafia start in the Light, three in Dark/Light, or two in each.
Mafia may use ALL of their valid actions at once.

Yeah, at this point everybody will be seeking the strongman, but my point was that scum didn't need to claim a role-related reason to think there's a scum themselves.

that's a perfect play though. if you are the strongman, that's kinda a role-related reason, and it casts suspicion off you.
