Pretty good actually.

After the Yates/Darthe/Nero townie blowout, and AA9 being totally useless then showing up to vote her competing wagons, and my misreading Diabolik as town, this game is an abject failure for me in terms of getting reads on players that aren't faking guilties on each other. It has sapped my motivation.

I'm just going to sheep whatever, if you can't accept that feel free to lynch me.

Still here.

to be honest, town has been pretty shit this game, myself included. Yates gambit was alright had the cop not died but Nero's was fucking terrible. And AA9 and her "I'm catching up" for 100 pages before screaming how stupid we were for the last 20 has seriously annoyed me.

Rubicon I think is gonna be my vote today. DGB a close second, but Rubi was literally voting AA9 to halt discussion yesterday

:/ I've had rubicon as a townread for most of this game, I'll see if I can find time to do a reread today.

Princess, do you just not see the same DGB buddying dia that I do?

I see buddying but that isn't much of a tell in this game. DGB also buddied Yates, for example. Yates buddied Darthe. Darthe buddied Nos. Nos buddied Nero. Nero buddied AuntJ. And on and on it goes. So I'm not going to lynch anyone for buddying in this game. I want to lynch people for cognitive dissonance and truly anti-Town behavior. So, I'm voting Rubicon. Won't you join me?

This post wasn't serious. I was trying to poke at Pilo for suggesting that there should be no discussion, because in general, discussion is a Good Thing™.
In post 3429, Mac wrote:alright so Rubi's scum.
In post 3430, Rubicon wrote:Less talking, more quickhammering.
These posts were also not serious. I was doing my usual response when someone calls me scum, that is, brush it off with a joke and demonstrate that I'm not taking the pressure too seriously.

At this point, I was still against quicklynching AA9, but she was still a couple votes away from the lynch. I figured I'd let her get to L-1 and then unvote and take a look at the people who'd voted after me.
In post 3432, DrippingGoofball wrote:

After yesterday's interminable Nero/Yates/Darthe debacle, I find myself agreeing.
This post and a couple others got me thinking about whether it could be useful to town to end the game early. We'd already had a
huge
amount of discussion, arguably too much, everybody's reads were wrong - a couple more flips, probably even a scum flip, might be exactly what we needed.

So I let it happen. It honestly didn't occur to me that this would put us in a LyLo or near-LyLo situation today. I didn't add up those numbers.

In retrospect, this whole series of posts by me was an extraordinarily bad idea. I made it possible for Diabolik to get away with ending the day early and mislynching a townie. If we lose, I deserve a good chunk of the blame.

This is in response to me asking DGB why she wanted to end the day? Obviously, I wanted it as well, but I already know what was going on in my head at the time. I was curious about why she went along with it.
In post 3535, Princess Proton wrote:

Now you're just twisting anything to make me seem scummy. My read on TD depends on whether he thought Yates was town, so what?
In post 3535, Princess Proton wrote:Rubicon is scum. Let's lynch Rubicon, go home, and make dinner.
As a side note, you remind me a huge amount of someone I play mafia with on another site. Your writing style is subtly different so I think you're probably not them, but I'm posting this anyway so that if it turns out you are, I can say I totally knew.

But see the difference here is that it is buddying to flipped scum :/.

Knock it off DGB, just cause he fucked up recently doesn't mean the rest of his game doesn't count. There is a difference between a possible/unlikely scumslip and fake claiming cop.

Lurking, claiming to be behind on reading the thread. How would scum act when town's reads were crap, almost all the wagons were on townies, town on town violence was dominating the thread, townies were pushing quicklynches, and they only need one more mislynch to win?
