The questions you posed to me were more rhetorical than anything else.
First, you disagreed with me, then you disagree with me some more.
Finally, you ask me why I have a comm, and you say that you're not a doctor. My best guesses to why we have comms:
1) First I thought he would give one out each day until eventually we could all speak.
2) Our roles pertain to why we have the comms, for example. I'm ROB, a robot, hence I get an upgrade. Which could make you either A), Slippy who's a mechanic, or B) Wolf, since he's leader of Team Wolf he may have stollen it or got it when his ship gets upgraded like in the game.
3) This is the one that makes the most sense, one comm was given to Mafia, and the other one was given to town to balance it out. I'm the Doc, which would in theory make you the Mafia.

Congradulations mafia!

If you're upset about the four person mafia: I de-powered the mafia, they actually got lucky. Night 2's lack of kill had nothing to do with a doc protect. Not only that, but a mass role claim could have given them so much trouble, there were no free claims. But having four people helped.

This game was incredibly stressful. We've been one mass claim away from losing for the entire game, and one lynch away from winning since Night 2.

I think it was probably a bad decision to leave Crola alive night 2. But we only needed one missed lynch to win, and we might have gotten that if SO hadn't had his investigation on Fletcher. Fletcher, btw: your "mistake" wasn't a big deal at all. The odds of you winning that fight were very slim, and it saved me from appearing to support you excessively.

I take a fair amount of pride in the mafia's performance this game. I think my choice for our night 3 kill was right on the money. We might be able to win with an active doc/cop combination, but there was no way we could win with an active vigilante and no free claim space.

I made up for it, though, by playing pretty badly today. I was praying no one would pick up on my unwarranted assumption of a limited mafia. I had a defence in mind, but I really, really shouldn't have gotten myself into the situation at all.

There were several times when I wanted to lynch the mod. It seems like he confirmed the existence of a new character in

every narrative scene

. I could scarcely claim that Katt wasn't in the game after she clearly appeared in the narration.

As far as setting balance goes...it may actually have been fairly balanced, but it was swingy. If the town went for a mass claim, it'd be fairly difficult for the mafia to win. If it didn't, then we could win by our numbers advantage...but every day the game continued increased the probability of a mass claim looking like a good idea. I figured we needed to win

or lose.
