Since the guest room was closed, there's only 2 options unless there's something I'm missing.

1. A girl from the servants room did it: There's only 2 paths they could have taken, straight to the dinning room door or all the way around from the kitchen window to the garden, find out that there was a guy guarding the parlor's entrance and turn around all the way around the mansion to get to the dinning room.

A boy from the parlor did it: there's only one path they could have taken, from the entrance to the dinning room window, because if they leave the parlor to go to the main hall they would be spotted by a girl guarding the servants room. BUT this possibility means that someone jumped from the itchen door for nothing?? I don't think so.

Before the investigation narrative Mikan said that the poison Onizuka found and threw on the sink was lethal but it needed around 24 hours to kill someone

Light ate something around 5 p.m and died minutes before midnight.

We can rule out the poison as a murder weapon, maybe someone tried to poison Light but then another person stabbed him, making the knife the murder weapon.

I tried to make a towel I found poisonous by throwing it in to the sink to test if players could make murder weapons during free time, this is not possible.

So Kousei couldn't have possibly prepare this before hand.

During investigation I found:

-Light had the F1 master key in his hands when I found him, this key could lock or unlock every door in the first floor
-he had little blood loss from the wound caused by the knife because apparently it didn't hit mayor veins
-Light vomited a lot of blood before dying
-there is a line of blood in the floor suggesting that he crawled to the window
-Light had a hand holding the knife suggesting that he tried to pull it out
-there was food in light's vomit
-there was a bicuit paccket on top of the table n the dinning room
-the door of the dinning room was closed

Answer: Suicide

Mikan: "We can say for sure that Light Yagami tried to suicide with the knife."
Bayakuya: "Why?"
Mikan: "Three reasons. First, if the killer wanted to kill him with a knife they would take the spare knife that was in the kitchen, they wouldn't attack light who had a knife to take his knife and use it for stabbing him. That means light used his own knife which was the knife he took from the garden after kousei incident."
Kyoko: "That is a very decent deduction!"
Mikan: "Second, his right hand was on the knife when he died - suggesting he wanted to take it out or that he was the one who put it there."
Bayakuya: "Why would he want to suicide though?"
Kyoko: "Maybe he wanted to end his suffering - that was caused by poison. We know that it had no antidote. Please, Mikan, continue!"
Mikan: "Third reason. We saw his vomit all over the room but his position in the middle of the room - that's the only location he had normal bleeding in - that wasn't covered in other stuff which was vomited."
Bayakuya: "And what that tells?"
Mikan: "He was stabbed after he locked the window. We know he was stabbed after he locked the door as there was no blood there. That means he was stabbed after the room was completely locked."

Byakuya: "When was the last time he was seen in public?"
Mikasa: "He went and isolated himself right after monokuma motivation."

If Gundham and Byakuya were guarding both places (garden and hallway) it was impossible for me or Kyoko to get to the dinning room without being spotted, this is of course unlikely because someone went to the dinning room and gave Light the key

Gundham and Byakuya allibi eachother if they were guarding only one place/sideof the parlor the hallway,their allibis, the story and investigation are inconsistent about this point and it annoys me but FA told me that only them can ask about this but Gundham can't read and Byakuya is afk.

3. Kyoko had they master key until 10 p.m or so and then it was found held by Light in the dinning room
