and all the people using the 8O icon is spooky. stop it!

most suspicious person in my book still:
Eillid. But Eillid would like to be called Leonidas now. I wont vote for replacements on the first day. Dourgrim also gets a free ride from me today :) Just my way of saying thank you.

from the story i will conclude that there is the following killing parties.

ONE mafia member
a blond SK
a redhead SK
no more Vigilantes

the ONE mafia member remaining comes from: "They each went their seperate way on foot tonight." and then one member dies.

as to who these people are, i have no clue.
Seems like we have a cop left...anything good found?

Okay, so looking over the thread again, NightStalker's quote seems really suspicious to me. I am not sure how to put it exactly, but something about the quote seems to say serial killer to me, just something about saying there are fewer serial killers than there are, especially if it is a team. But maybe I am missing something, so only

Ok, read the thread... and I'll wait for NightStalker to make a role claim. No vote yet.

FYI: I will be unable to check the boards until Monday afternoon at the earliest... very busy weekend ahead of me. Please don't lynch me in my absence. Rock on.

Alright, you want a role claim? It'll probably get me killed tonight, but at least you'll be more likely to lynch someone guilty today.

I'm a drunken hobo, living out on the streets. Every night, I see something that happened. I have no control over who I watch, and on top of that, there's always the chance of having drank too much booze, so I can't just trust what I see.

On the first night, I saw Pim stabbing Polotet. Except that the next day, Polotet was still alive, and now we know Pim wasn't a killer either.

On the second night, I saw Mike Amok investigating Gaspode.

On the third night, I saw Sugar investigating Trevize. This could be a clue to how the vigilantes operated - and it could have been the cause of Sugar's death. Or it could just be an alcohol induced hallucination.

Last night, I saw the doctor (who's name I won't reveal for the obvious reasons) protecting Mike Amok.

Mike Amok, please confirm that you investigated Gaspode on Night 2, and save me from a lynching? (I really hope that wasn't my character's imagination, too...)

I did investigate Gaspode on Night 2. Which I mentioned yesterday. I said my first two investigations were cuban smoker and Gaspode, and I couldn't very well have investigated CS on Night 2 since he died the first night. So I can't save you from a lynching, because that information could easily have been gleaned from the thread, and I'm not particularly convinced by your claim myself.

vote Tigris
changed from my FoS

I read most of the text form all eighteen pages.. (gah!) and am now leaning toward him.

Other likely targets include Trevize (claims to be a Stalker) and Dourgrim (casinopete's replacement) for working so hard to get either gaspode or diplomat killed.

Well, to put it plainly, I was fishing with the last message. Since the cop already said he didn't find anything, I thought I might try and help, especially as I truly believe that Night Stalker is one of the serial killers, but since it has gotten me a third of the votes necessary for a lynch, I suppose I should stop. The problem I had with his post was, imo, he was trying to mislead the town into thinking that one of the serial killers is a vigilante after the night in which one of them did not kill/did not send in a choice, calling an anti-town role a pro-town role seems fishy to me.

Also, why unvote someone you 'saw' stab someone else (NS unvoting Pim when he still had three votes on the first day, I should add to vote for me, despite my only having one vote)? Personally, I would think that I merely did not properly identify the killed, but perhaps that is just me. Sorry, but personally, I don't believe the claim, nothing of what was said couldn't be fabricated or gleaned from the thread, especially as the only people he 'saw' are people that are unnamed (with an obvious act, imo) or dead.

Raising a possibility (and offering reasons why it might be wrong) != "trying to mislead the town"

The bandwagon was dying. And I didn't want to become his next target. (Not to mention the reason I gave when I unvoted him.)
And lets not forget, I voted you after you voted me. Which doesn't seem like a bad idea now, either.

Heh, well I guess that would explain it, I actually hadn't thought of it like that (the part about Pim possibly killing you) , I saw the possibility of myself being killed tonight if you turned out to be one of the SKs, but that was fine by me, as it would mean more important pro-town roles survived, but early in the game with a possible investigative role, I can easily see why you would be more cautious than I. That just leaves the role claim, which is something I forgot an aspect of, Mike could investigate you (if he chose, with the doc protecting him) and prove/disprove the role, so that is a mistake on my part to forget that, for which I apologize.

No, I can only disprove his claim if he's Mafia. The PI could find SK's, I can't.

And I think his claim is awfully convenient. He can accuse people and at the same time say "but maybe I just drank too much." He doesn't have any burden of proving his role, because we can't expect a role like that to provide any real information.

And I'm not particularly seeing where Tigris is acting suspicious. Maybe if somebody could point out, more specifically than "well she seems kinda scummy."

mmm dont worry about it Dourgrim I wont do anything with you being a likely target...not today atleast ;) I disagree with the immoral act of trying to get helpless replacements killed. (or, gasp[this happened to me btw], getting killed the next night for no reason!)

well, how about claiming a role Tigris. You haven't convinced me.

MatthewV - the "each went their separate way on foot" could easily have been for two mafia members.

Odd, I didn't realize I was trying to convince you of anything, just explaining why I posted what I posted and my questions, besides it is difficult to argue against, 'Oh, feels scummy.'

On the same notion, I am not convinced that I should state my role. Simply because it might lessen the number of people that could be the doc, which is not a good thing going into night, imo. If werebear or Mike want me to state my role, I shall, but for now, I do not want to narrow the search for the doctor by even a single name, but perhaps I am being too stubborn.

I think of "they each when seperate ways on foot" to apply to two people. One of them die after that statement. But I guess I could say that there is either one or two mafia left, leaning toward one.

still voting Tigris cause of his lame responce.
