Math is scummier than Kerset but I wasn't a big fan of his Math vote and Math is extremely scummy for sitting on a reasonless vanity vote on page 19!

If Etine is a scum, this reminds me usual mafia actions when mafia is pretty sure that it will be dead soon, the role will become known, and this is the start of bluffing/distancing to make his patrners not suspicious, to shadow some townies like possible partners (t3?), etc.
