Would all of you want the entire week of Christmas to New Years with no challenges or just the day of and the day before/after? (lack of celebrating both is mainly why I didn't think of them as much)

Parakarry also isn't reserved anymore since TS chose to go with general white.

@yellow, yes I'm sure on letting both tribes communicate. It's not a general survivor rule usually, but for this game I'm allowing it (mostly since I'm used to letting maximum alliance possibilities in off site survivors).

@izak I know there is 3 goomba sprites there. One being a normal goomba (the one I'll use for you unless you want a different one), one with a hat that's a paper mario character, and a paragoomba.

@Pizza you'll either need a magikoopa sprite (since kamek is taken) or choose a different character.

@TS I'll add the general white sprite later today.

@The Ultimator, shy guy has already been chosen so you either need another shy guy sprite or to choose a different character.

@Phenenas you are one slot too late. Do you want to be put as a possible replacement since that might let you play?

Before/after isn't a terrible idea. Maybe make the challenges ones where not each individual has to submit something for those that will be busy that entire week.

Team challenges are unlikely to ever require all team mates playing to win (even though more playing can definitely help) until numbers go down to sub 16. If we don't do before/after for both (and new years eve) then there would be a challenge between the 27th to 29th.

Wotc for a player sprite doesn't really work without them being ok with it.

This is complete mod bias but if anyone wants to send me what's being discussed strategy wise in alliances it'd make me happy although it's not required at all.
