OK, just a yes would have been sufficient. Obv town even without the extra info.

I thought RC's activity seemed way off the norm compared both to games I've played where he was town and where he was scum with me. I saw and immediately agreed with the theory that it indicated either an attempt to avoid getting NK'd or low investment from expecting to draw a NK, though I did not make the leap that this implies a WW alignment.

That's what you saw, but not what was going on. I don't care how many votes are/were on me. I saw RC online and decided to put my plan into action. That plan took me about an hour or so to come up with (I've pre-planned this claim earlier on the day). I don't freak out easily, my friend, but I can fake it to a purpose.

Btw, there are currently 3 votes on me, but I would rather 5 or 6 in order to get a better read on the game. Care to push for my lynch more please?? Just a little bit more. Thanks in advance.

If we leave Mad King and they're WW, they get NK'd anyway as I see it. But then we need to find someone other than me to lynch, and while I don't mind being scumread (more accurately not being universally townread) I don't want town to lose my crime fighting prowess. On the chance that the setup isn't one of the WW setups, maybe we go ahead and lynch them anyway.

Town lost that game because they misread my playstyle for scum. It will keep happening until people figure out my meta.
In the meantime I was right about who the scum were and a town who listen to me typically win, so that's plenty scum hunting powers, thanks.

Raskol voted him for it.
He turned that on Raskol saying that Raskol has to be WW because only a WW would know that there's no PGO ???

@Titus: I fake claimed PGO to trick Ashnard and they fell for it. I believe there are 2 teams (as I've explained before) judging by the way interactions have been going between each couple and the obvious hostilities between the two sides. They may or may have not realized they're actually targeting the other scum group, but still it looks like each pair is working together simultaneously from the other pair.

I think the most likely explanation is that Almost is a PR who knows that there is no PGO.

He could be some sort of scum knowing that too but I think that's more likely.

@Titus: There's no such thing as "PGO fishing". The right play for a PGO is to outright claim (especially in an open setup) so the Town PRs won't trip on them by mistake, and especially so when they're scum read by -now- 3 players. It does reduce the scum killing targets from 10 to 9, but it gives our PRs a better chance to survive as well.

P.S. The claim right away bit is the "safer play" from the PGO age on the Wiki, so I'm not "inventing" it.

But I think Raskol's motivations for that vote are fairly clear and ascribing scum intent because 'clearly the only reason we'd vote a L-6 PGO claim is because we know it's not possible in setup and are voting the other scum faction' is absolute nonsense. I'd think it's fairly clear why Raskol voted?
