jekyll and hyding was a turn of phrase i was excited to use, and yes it did seem unnatural to me. after you explained it the reason he changed tacts became obvious and i stopped harping on it.

meh. when i'm saying push i'm referring to scumreading something and reacting to it in a way that makes it clear you think it's scummy, usually so others can follow
