I once thought that 3 players were scum cos they were speaking pirate speak.

I am probably way smarter than what some pple believe but probably not as smart as some pple might think I am. I am pretty middle of the road wrt intelligence.
I love to troll. god I love it. there are many different kinds of trolls and something that has been an unexpected gift on this site is that I have truly seen some of the pple behind the screen so I shifted to being a nice troll.

That would be Invisible Inc. I forget who the third was, but two were the zMuf hydra it originated from (RBD), a second player also involved previously, and AP who joined in for the first time. (I remember it was AP because he modified the avatar I gave him from Tales of You to be piratey.)
actually the pirate thing was in too many heads! that game has the only official "case" that I ever made on this site and it is a doozy. lol, I was so wrong.

The reason is probably because
1. There's a much higher chance of hitting town
2. The person doing the killing is one person who has to make the choice on their own
3. A person can generally out think themselves

I tend to play better in hydras.
90% of my town games are either me getting apathetic and barely being a presence or being so much of a presence that I actively derail the game by getting into tunnelfights. A lot of my towngames between those two extremes result in me getting NKed pretty early on.
I don't look for PR crumbs as scum. Ever.
I don't check for gambits like fake hammers ever. I've been fake burned by this before.
The vast majority of games I get disinterested in outside of 20-pages-an-hour games are when I roll VT (or in role madness games, boring roles). Trying to plan around the night game keeps me more focused more often.
The list of people I actively seek to play games with basically regardless of other factors consists of 3-4 or so people. There are dozens that I will actively seek to play with if they consist of most of the playerlist.
I offer to replace before doing any research about the game outside of what's in the replacement request thread 99% of the time.
Somehow I've gotten less readable over time despite doing very little to actively change my playstyle and still having my scumgame blow entire bags of dicks.
The only types of milk I will drink are flavored ones like blue raspberry or caramel. All unflavored milk (skim, 1%, 2%, whole) are nasty to me.

I mean, logically, you would expect vigs shooting to do about as well as the town lynching, or maybe better since the scum have influence over the lynch. But that almost never seems to be the case; vigs seem to do worse then random most of the time.
There was a running joke where I used to say that getting a vig role seems to lower your IQ by about 20 points.
The worst I ever saw was one game where the vig managed to shoot the doctor night 1, then the next day the vig fake-claimed cop for some reason, the real cop counterclaimed, the vig got lynched, and the scum killed the cop.
