unless mod state the game may be basterd Its not. a mod confirmation is a mod confirmation and thats it. There might be a grand Idea which is basterd but mods need to explicity State that when their signing up players.

If the game is basterd i will report it to the list mods as a site rule violation.

That being told RC is conf town unless Mario come out and state "the game might be basterd". end of discussion
