Percent (FREE): 1/3 chance to fail. I would save it for later, but...
Inflitrated (10000): We learn targets. But because Intelligentia just learns amount of alive scum in game, it's useless.
Delayed (20000): Result will be on next night. Does it worth it right now?
Overcosted (20000): +50% to cost? We need to use it on something insanely costly, not 10000.

Naive (50000): We cannot afford and it also not gonna work right now as it's learn amount of scum in the game.
Cynic (70000): We cannot afford and it also not gonna work right now as it's learn amount of scum in the game.
Noxious (80000): Obviously not option. We need it later.
Redirected (50000): Not option here. There's nothing to redirect.
Morphed (60000): Okay it's interesting option but we can't afford and it's useless for now.

Only can be used with Bureau of Investigations:

Confused (70000): Well reversing results. May be useful later not now.

Amnesiac (20000): Hm. I don't get it. We get result instead? It's OP we need to keep it. Not sure if we can use it now because Bureau just getting builded?

Private (30000): Well that's not option. And i see no reason to use it whatsover. If everyone receive correct result, but we manipulate result for one player, it's kinda blatant.

Fraudulent (20000): Making targets doublevoters if there's more town than mafia to prevent outvoting. How useful. Not yet atleast.
Injurious (40000): Makes targets hated. Interesting there's no prevention from using it if mafia almost hit majority.

Defaulting (30000): It fails but cost refunded.

Lobbied (30000): Forces town to use and pay for it again. Not sureeeee.

We can sabotage for sake of sabotage, to get charge of kill faster, or we can allow it to go.
