There are no windows on the shipyard building. With no door and no window, that building looks like a big giant coffin. Maybe there is some sort of a secret entrance.

There is a clock in this room - unlike most rooms in the mansion. This is the only room on this floor that has a door that opens to another room instead of the hallway (there is a back door that opens to the kitchen).
